Hotels with Parking in Rotterdam

The hotel's location is excellent, right outside the metro station, and close to both the water bus stop and the bridge. The room was spacious enough, but the shower design was a bit odd; the half-glass partition completely failed to prevent water from splashing out. Because the room faced the main road, it couldn't entirely block out the noise from the tram. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. Housekeeping wasn't thorough enough, as the hair in the sink wasn't cleaned for several consecutive days of my stay.

My stay at Novotel Rotterdam was generally good. The room was spacious, comfortable, and suitable for families. The sofa can also be converted into a bed, which is practical when travelling with children. However, there was some dust in the room, and it seemed that the air-conditioning system needed cleaning. Since the windows cannot be opened and no fresh air enters from outside, the air quality in the room was not as good as expected. The hotel staff were polite, helpful, and friendly. Their service was one of the main positive aspects of the stay. The hotel is located relatively far from the city centre. The nearest metro or tram station is about a 10-minute walk away, and it may take slightly longer when travelling with children. My view photos

Overall, a pretty good experience! I arrived in Rotterdam around 11 AM and tried to check in, but was told the room wasn't ready yet. So I just dropped off my luggage and went out to explore. When I returned to the hotel around 6 PM to check in, the front desk informed me that all the standard rooms were taken. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a river-view room, directly facing the Erasmus Bridge! The room was also larger than the standard rooms I'd stayed in at other hotels in the same chain (perhaps due to my Hilton Honors membership, or maybe because a tour group had booked all the standard rooms). The hotel is conveniently located with a metro station right outside that goes directly to The Hague, and a tram that takes you to Rotterdam Central Station. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is next to a main road, so there can be some noise from motorcycles. If that bothers you, I'd recommend requesting a room facing the river.

The building seemed old, but it was beautifully renovated and very comfortable. The room itself was stylish too. However, it was a bit small, there was no changing area for the shower, and the sink was tiny and inconvenient to use. There was no ramp at the entrance, so carrying luggage up the stairs was a bit difficult. Markthal, a famous tourist spot, was right nearby. We enjoyed it, but there was nothing we could buy there at tourist-friendly prices! We only shopped at the supermarket downstairs. The Saturday market in the square behind the hotel was interesting. They sold a variety of things cheaply, like seasonal fruits and vegetables, fresh fish, clothing, and杂货, and many locals were also shopping there.

This hotel is conveniently located just 550 meters straight ahead on your left when you exit Rotterdam Central Station (as shown in image 1). There's some road construction outside the entrance, but the main entrance is clearly marked with a circle in image 2. The reception lobby is upstairs. Check-in started 10 minutes early, and there were quite a few guests already, so we had to queue. The room was clean, and the Western-style breakfast was decent. The location made getting around very easy. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. I'd definitely consider staying here again or recommending it to friends. Thank you for your hard work! Nice, stylish lobby and a great location. Parking is far too expensive as there's no private parking lot. Even after checking in online, there was still a long queue for the key. The room had no instructions and no extras like a bottle of water. No fridge for medication! Kids were playing and running in the hallway! Noisy rooms, though the sound insulation from outside is good. The mattress is comfortable but had lint that was easily felt through the bed linen.

Frankly this feels like a hostel masquerading as a hotel. The concierge is good for nothing. Every request was met with disinterest. I asked a simple question about whether the room had a balcony and was met with 4 blank faces. Our hairdryer was spoilt and we had to SUGGEST the staff bring it up before they begrudingly brought it up. Worst of all was that the mini fridge in the room wasn't working and when I told the staff on the phone they said ”just use our fridge downstairs” - no apologies, no professionalism - like a bunch of teenagers running a student hostel. The room was nice and the location is great - but I think there needs to be some serious training on professionalism - otherwise I'd rather book a different hotel.

Great location in the city center, very close to the train station. There's a subway station right outside, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, there are lots of Chinese restaurants nearby. The service was excellent – very friendly and polite. While it was called an 'executive room,' it was essentially a standard king room, but perfectly adequate and clean.

This hotel is a great choice for business trips to Rotterdam. It's centrally located with lots of shops nearby. Both the bathroom and the room itself were quite comfortable. Being so close to the train station means you won't be rushing to catch a train to Amsterdam for your flight!

Overall, the environment was okay, and the space was decent. However, the cleanliness and tidiness of the room weren't particularly good. There were no lockers or storage cabinets to put things, and no space for luggage. The safe was also very, very small, couldn't hold anything, and offered no way to store luggage. All in all, it was still okay, and the value for money was quite good, suitable for one person.
