Super lucky that we got a free upgrade from 2 rooms to a house by the host. The house was very clean, spacious, has all the things you need (living room with Astro TV channels and sofa, well-equipped kitchen with dining table, gas stove, fridge, oven, toaster and baby chair, 2 toilets and both has toilet and shower with water heater). Breakfast provided was super good. View from room very nice. The only downside was the way there, quite a remote area, road is full of potholes. Highly recommended to stay if you’re travelling if a family or a group of 6.

Hotel views of mountain is good, rooms were cleaned. Only problem was we were all 60s so rooms given to us was way below the slope where we have to climb the stairs was quite steep. Tv reception was bad. Good for young couples.

Extremely satisfied! The room was spacious with plenty of beds. I requested a room with a balcony and a view of Mount Kinabalu, and luckily they were able to accommodate me (as one was available). You can relax at the cafe and enjoy the Mount Kinabalu view in the early morning. I would definitely repeat my stay next time.

Firstly, the telephone number to the outlet is + 6 012 869 6969 as shown on a signage at the entrance to the outlet; the number advertised on this platform is not helpful when I called two days ago to ask about my booking. Secondly, the road from the entrance down to the parking bays is steep requiring experience and skillful drivers especially when their vehicles are loaded with passengers or baggage. Thirdly, the wash basin faucet in the bathroom of my room is loose, the shower head hose is inflexible, and the water pressure is below average.

We had a wonderful stay here. The villa was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The view of Mount Kinabalu was absolutely breathtaking, especially in the morning. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Everything was well prepared, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Mount Kinabalu at 6am will really surprise you😲 We live on the highest floor, When you open the door and look to the left👀, you can see the whole Mount Kinabalu, and there are no wires or anything else blocking your view of taking photos😍😍😍 When you open the door and look to the right👀, you can see a sea of ​​clouds, and the wind is really comfortable and cool🥶 But there are a lot of small insects in the room, and the bed sheets are not very clean, so they itch..😂

T Paradise was indeed surreal. After 3 years of not travelling, I’m glad I chose this accommodation which is located right in front of Mount Kinabalu. We were literally amazed by the atmosphere and the magnificent view of the sunrise and sunset. The house is very clean and amenities are all operating. However I wish the main door lock would be more secured. In all, me and my family had a great 2hr road trip to get here from Kota Kinabalu which of course we passed by Tamparuli bridge and by these 2 days we stayed here, we manage to visit the local attractions like Sosodikan hill, Desa Dairy farm, Alpacas club and 1hr to Polumpong Camping site to get ourselves soaked in the gushing fresh water from the mountains! Not to mention, the food are amazingly delicious at the Kundasang town.

The hotel's exterior looks quite old, but the room was decent and comfortable.

My family enjoyed our stay at the villa. The surroundings were tranquil and serene, and the fresh air was wonderful. The view from the outdoor dining was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the food. The fish beehoon soup was really good 👍🏼.
