The hotel is nice and has convient store like 7e and mcd which easier for people who hungry in the middle night.The room has spectacular view facing bayan lepas city.The room is clean and comfort to stay.

The suite is wonderful and very convinient for us. Very relax suite. Juz oni 1 issue is the toilet smell but understd ths isn't easy to fix. Thank you very much for the wonderful place for us to sty.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room has a water dispenser, a kitchen, and a refrigerator. Plenty of dishes and cutlery are provided, making it very convenient for ordering takeout. The rooftop pool is beautiful and a decent size – it's really refreshing for a swim. The night view is stunning, and you can even see the ocean. There are also tables and chairs on the rooftop, so it's great for bringing some food and drinks up to enjoy. Downstairs, just across the road, there are several breakfast places, which is very convenient. The security guard on the ground floor even helped us watch our luggage for a while. Takeout can be delivered to the front desk for pick-up.

This accommodation is located right in front of Nasi Kandar Penang Kayu which opens 24 hours. Queensbay mall is nearby and only takes around 15 mins to the airport (subject to traffic) so as we only stayed 1 night to catch an early flight, it was convenient - location wise. No wifi provided though. Really have table tennis/ping pong table, dart games and movie (we didnt watch any) as seen on the pictures. The building is a bit outdated though. The tenant contacted us directly via Whatsapp and the explanation about the facility was very very clear and helpful.

Great location to stay if you are visiting bayan lepas area. Famous Kayu Nasi Kandar is opposite the premise. Overall the room is clean and well equipped with appliances.Customer Service replied promply through whatsapp. Recommended!

Convenient,clean n feel safe at home.. Good hospitality from the owner.. Few minutes to airport and 24 hours grab service

The location is very convenient to access to convenience stores and eaters. However the cleanliness and exhaust ventilation of the hotel need to be improved and at least one receptionist should be around and not ask customer to call upon check-in or check-out

The route to the hotel is a bit strange, but overall it looks good. But check the accommodation before coming.

Very good accommodation, the location is very convenient, downstairs is food count, we are also very close to spice anera . The landlord is very good at leaking the washbasin, and it will be repaired the next day. One disadvantage is that there is only one parking space 😇
