OOnlypinkyThe whole is like home ～ with water dispensers, balconies, steamer, washing machines, etc.
It is also very convenient to go anywhere, and the toilet in the living room of the room is also well taken care of! And also prepare laundry pods🥹

MM.ARPenginapan yang selesa disekitar Bayan Lepas. Lokasi terletak tidak jauh dari lapangan terbang Pulau Pinang. Ruangan bangunan SOHO komersial diubahsuai menjadi tempat penginapan. Terdapat dua bilik dan satu bilik air. Deposit diperlukan sebanyak RM200. Proses check in sangat mudah, dan parking juga disediakan.

AAnonymous UserAlll satisfied (including online services from the host) except the issue with parking RFID Card which was annoying because of malfunctioned during my stays.
I have to call upon either operator or personnel who worked nearby (at parking's gate) to open the barrier gate happened everytime I went out for my meeting with stakeholders or during foodies hunt.
However, to be fair, overalll, I still recommend this place (Setia Tri Suite by Homey Planet) to everyone. Kind host.
**A small space for improvement is the rising issue (RFID Card not detected) will be resolved very soon.

AadriankhshenGreat location to stay if you are visiting bayan lepas area. Famous Kayu Nasi Kandar is opposite the premise. Overall the room is clean and well equipped with appliances.Customer Service replied promply through whatsapp. Recommended!

JJakesunThe host is Chinese, communication is seamless, and the host is very nice.
The hotel is located near Queensbay Mall, Penang's largest shopping mall. Eating and drinking is very convenient, and the airport is also very close.
Downstairs, there are various food stalls open late, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes at affordable prices.
This room backs onto the five-star Marjorie Hotel, but it's definitely more cost-effective than a five-star hotel. The top floor, on the 42nd floor, features an infinity pool, a gym, and an incredible view.
The kitchenware and seasonings provided by the host were basically sufficient. I only needed to go downstairs to buy some ingredients and cook delicious meals in my room.
Thank you, host, for making our Penang trip a perfect ending. I'll stay at your place again next time I visit.

GGuest UserThis accommodation is located right in front of Nasi Kandar Penang Kayu which opens 24 hours. Queensbay mall is nearby and only takes around 15 mins to the airport (subject to traffic) so as we only stayed 1 night to catch an early flight, it was convenient - location wise. No wifi provided though. Really have table tennis/ping pong table, dart games and movie (we didnt watch any) as seen on the pictures. The building is a bit outdated though. The tenant contacted us directly via Whatsapp and the explanation about the facility was very very clear and helpful.

During my first stay, I booked for 2 nights, and I enjoyed it so much that I came back the following month for 4 nights.
Whenever I travel for work, this hotel is always my top choice to stay.

BBTKThe location is very convenient to access to convenience stores and eaters. However the cleanliness and exhaust ventilation of the hotel need to be improved and at least one receptionist should be around and not ask customer to call upon check-in or check-out
