Lexis Suites Penang is hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! From the moment you step in, you’re welcomed with warm hospitality and excellent service from the staff.
The rooms are incredibly spacious, featuring two king-sized beds, making it perfect for families or groups. But the real highlight? Every suite comes with its own private pool and steam room! It’s such a luxury to have your own space to relax, unwind, and enjoy the breathtaking views.
The bathtub adds another level of comfort, perfect for a soothing soak after a long day. The hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness, and everything feels well-maintained and luxurious.
Service was impeccable—the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any requests. Whether it’s room service, housekeeping, or front desk assistance, they go above and beyond to make your stay memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at Amari Spice Hotel Penang. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast selection was truly impressive, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day perfectly. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely, refreshing scent that enhanced the overall ambiance. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

旅旅行达人The recent stay at Iconic Marjorie Hotel was amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and memorable experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with a separate wet and dry area, elegant design, and thoughtful amenities such as plush bathrobes, toiletries, free mini bar, coffee machine, high-speed hair dryer, handheld steamer, and additional pillow options from the pillow menu. The hotel's beds were incredibly comfortable and guaranteed a good night's sleep. Free WiFi was available both in the hotel and in the rooms 🛜. Tiffin Hall, a unique Nyonya themed restaurant, was elegant and comfortable in an environment. The food was delicious. Senses Bar offers stunning views of the city skyline, and you can relax by the infinity pool and enjoy a refreshing drink by the pool bar to the relaxing beats. The staff was amazingly attentive and every request was met, making us feel at home during our stay. The room was also kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping staff. A big thank you to all the staff for making our stay a memorable one, exceeding our expectations and combining luxury with genuine hospitality. I'm already planning my next stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering a trip to Penang, whether you're travelling for business or leisure, highly recommend this hotel!

AAnonymous UserIt was a fantastic hotel! The unique design with a bedroom on the second floor created an extraordinary atmosphere, making our stay feel truly special. Our children were absolutely thrilled and had a great time. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks in the refrigerator, which added to our comfort. Plus, with an AEON shopping mall nearby, everything was convenient, and we never felt any inconvenience. We would love to stay here again!

AAvid travellerThe hotel was very strategically located with various eateries around. The front desk personnel was excellent at all inquiries and very humbler and helpful.The breakfast was excellent and with different menu daily which was excellent. The only one side that need improvement was the gym which need an upgrade and also the pool was in maintenance which i personally was looking forward to a swim , hence i do hope they can speed up the swimming pool maintenance soonest and hope to have another trip to penang and stay at Olive tree again.

AAzfarAC seems to be the centre of penang. Easy to commute anywhere and very convenient. The room that we booked looks so brand new with excellent design. The bathroom is the highlight of everything, nice shower tub and nice. We recommend to book this hotel.

GGuest UserThis accommodation is located right in front of Nasi Kandar Penang Kayu which opens 24 hours. Queensbay mall is nearby and only takes around 15 mins to the airport (subject to traffic) so as we only stayed 1 night to catch an early flight, it was convenient - location wise. No wifi provided though. Really have table tennis/ping pong table, dart games and movie (we didnt watch any) as seen on the pictures. The building is a bit outdated though. The tenant contacted us directly via Whatsapp and the explanation about the facility was very very clear and helpful.

GGuest UserThe room is a bit cramped and scary since someone tried to open the door without knocking but the stay was pleasant since the room has all the basic needs covered and theres a projector with netflix and youtube in it for entertainment which is nice also i would prefer white bed sheets and pillow cases for hygiene purposes. Would come again to stay.
