SShayna0The hotel is beautiful, very jungle like feeling, peaceful and quiet. Love the little cenote. Would be nice if there was a variety of food. Only 1 restaurant, small menu, and it opens 8am so you can't get coffee/tea. The rooms dont have anything to make tea/coffee, So you'd need to head out, there's a nice French bakery 5mins walk away. The location is a little remote but with a,scooter or atv you can get to the beach or town in 15-20mins.
LLaura!Excellent glamping in the middle of nature, clean, ordered and to enjoy absolute tranquility.
Unfortunately, the works of the train that make it difficult to contact the environment.
The hotel has its own open foods 24hs and there is a lot of fauna ... A family of monkeys, accompanied us for hours in the hotel's room.
The restaurant is very good, we have dinner and breakfast there, all perfect.
GGeorge CyprusVery nice small hotel at the start of the beach street. Can grab a taxi from centro to get there for about 300mxn. If you dont mind walking then its easy to just walk along the tulum beach street to reach any restaurant or beach club. The room was very nice with an outdoor shower and bath although the wooden floor there was rusty with nails pointing out which was as dangerous so that has to be fixed. Reception was very helpful and even gave us recommendations for restaurants and events for the night. They have their own beach access and loungers so its very convenient as its right on the beach. Breakfast was advertised and its a light yoghurt with little bit of granola and fruits with filter coffee and juice and two pieces of toast for two people. Breakfast has room for improvement in my opinion. Overall good experience for the price. No coffee machine in the room although it is shown in the listing images, usually hotels include those for free. There was some camping right next to the hotel which seemed weird, not sure what that was as it also had access to the hotel through stairs connected to the hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel charged us about 20 Euros more than the quoted final price of our booking with ridiculous excuses about different conversion rates.
Our room, 2 Queen Beds Room, was next to the kitchen, which was operating all day to serve the beach, pool and restaurant area. Loud service staff and food smell accompanied us all day long. Towels were worn by use and full of brown spots. Breakfast was included but you only could have one thing, either an omelette or a pancake.
GGuest UserThe room is the same as the picture, and the toilet water heater or shower water heater may be a little less clean. If you are sensitive, you may think it's not good.
The room is very spacious, the bed is also spacious. There is clean air conditioning and the latest smart TV.
Two shampoos and two soaps were provided for two nights, and a beach towel for towels and a rooftop pool was provided together.
Luis was a very friendly host, and the hotel didn't have an elevator so he helped me carry my luggage.
The hotel location was on the main street, less than a minute away from oxxo and street taco shops. And there are delicious restaurants and cafes around, and super Aki is also within walking distance.
There are no tall buildings around the roof, so you can see a wonderful sunrise and sunset, and the door on the first floor is locked with iron doors, so I felt safe because outsiders were controlled. And the cute little dogs always welcome you.
Next time I come to Tulum, I want to stay again.
PPinkShoshannaThe location is amazing and the tents were well served with ac. Very pretty site with a natural touch. Common bathrooms were cleaned several times a day, so I never had an unpleasant experience. The design integrates with the surrounding very well.
The only mole: restaurant they collaborate with on the beach though is very expensive and poor quality compared with the ones nearby.

AAnonymous UserThe room was fine and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very quiet and right next to a lagoon where we were able to see crocodiles. The ruins of Coba are just a few minutes' walk away.
KK-AnnBeautifully designed boutique hotel.
Had a lovely large and clean room.
Swimming pool is gorgeous but could use a few scoops to remove the fallen leaves.
Staff shined bright by their absence, breakfast at 8.00 didn't happen but much later...
Beach club offer is not really free, and needs a self paid taxi service.
I ended up going to the beach on own regards.
The seaweed was huge, so all this together made me relocate to other places. Non refundable hotel so be aware!
LLuis Fernando QuirozThe hotel is located around 1,5 km from a bus station. It was quite easy to find. In front of it there is a huge supermarket, many bars and restaurants around. The room was clean, it has all the amenities in it including beach towels. I didn’t like the service of the restaurant on the first floor. The food they served was cold, lettuce seemed to be unwashed. Tips were included automatically to the bill which I refused to give taking into consideration the level of their service.
