The front desk lady was very friendly, and the room was spotless with no strange odors. The whole hotel felt very thoughtful; all facilities were available, including a Bluetooth speaker and a clothes sanitizer. You can tell the owner puts a lot of effort into running the place. The free minibar had plenty of snacks and drinks, and the breakfast was delicious. Waking up in the sea view room and looking out at the scenery made me feel great! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

OroJeju offers a beautiful, peaceful, quiet and calm environment. No hassles in check in or out. The Host was extremely helpful, kind, responsive and accommodating. She responded to watsapp with fluent English and offers very helpful support to get around. My room was sea facing and it was wonderful to wake up to the sound of the waves and breeze.
The studio is compact with daily necessities required. Washing machine, full equipted kitchen, table for dining and writing, dress table. The bed and bedsheets is comfortable and offers home away from home relaxation.
I had originally booked for 5 days but extended to 8 days in total. The closeness to the sea, the breeze, sound is so peaceful, making this a very suitable place to recharge from hectic work and a very comfortable place for healing.
This is close to the little town called Namwoon and within reach of the main Sewigpo main town, bus ride 30mins max. I was captivated with the closeness to the sea, making daily stroll such a pleasant ans enjoyable experience.
Definitely my first choice of ”home away from home” on my next visit. The hosts is such a wonderful lady, making this place such a wonderful and connected stay.

Has parking space but the lots are stacked (in a square) and another car might block you from coming out if you are parked in the inner square. it is mandatory to leave all the car keys at lobby. I assume that this is so, others can shift ur car if they need to get out of the parking (if your car is blocking theirs) Check-in was abit confusing, there is no one manning the lobby desk and the instructions are to call a phone number (so if you book this accoms, make sure you have a korean phone number that can make calls). After calling, the person answering is not able to communicate in English, he used a digital translator (tagged to the call) to communicate. I was instructed to leave car keys on the lobby desk and take my check-in key from the desk. Although the desk is un-manned, there are plenty of CCTVs around the place.
The room was spacious and nice and it was an urban room design. The toilet was also very spacious, however there is no door to separate the shower area, so the whole toilet might become wet during showers. When i first arrived, i found a roll of toilet paper on the floor, not too sure how that happened…..
The fridge didnt have a light inside, but the inside was still cold but it was also winter season so we couldnt tell whether the fridge was working or not.
The room has an aircon and heater that works well.
check out was smooth, we just left the keys on the counter and left.

Piaobo-zheThe cleanliness was a bit lacking, but considering it's at the foot of the mountain, it's acceptable. The scenic area entrance is just 200 meters away, making it very convenient to buy tickets and watch the sunrise. For check-in, I had to wait a while because the auntie wasn't there. You might want to ask a local to call her; I don't understand Korean, and the call I made through Trip.com got hung up. The room was okay, and the auntie herself was very nice, but the value for money wasn't great.

Guest UserFor a 3-star hotel, the amenities provided exceeded expectation - cable TV, daily bottles of water, coffee/tea sachet, kettle, daily towels and daily cleaning. Water dispenser and microwave are available at the lift lobby.
Water pressure of the shower is also good.
Room is spacious and with balcony. Bedding was comfortable. From the balcony, can watch the daily fireworks across Seoyeongyo Bridge.
There is a small neighbourhood mart next door and a fried chicken restaurant opposite the hotel. Easy access to Cheonjiyeon waterfall by crossing the bridge to get to the ticket office. Also walkable to Seoyeongyo Bridge and Saeseom Island (recommend to visit at night to enjoy the light installation).
CONS
- To save cost and energy, the hotel does not turn on the lights along the corridor, but did accomodate me when I give the feedback to provide some lighting at night (otherwise the corridor does look abit eerie!)
- The bedding, towels, pillow, though clean, have a bit of a mushy smell and would benefit from airing in the sun.
- While a hotel, the front desk is often un-manned, though there was no issue with check-in and check-out.
Overall, definitely a value for money stay if you are not a sensitive person!

Anonymous UserA decent and comfortable stay. If there is not enough parking lot within the hotel, there is another parking space opposite the hotel.
There is a washing machine within the room and the staff will give a free detergent pod if the stay is 3 nights and above. They also do provide a drying rack if required.

I went to ICC Jeju for GCIM 2025 conference. This hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance from the ICC. The staff is very cooperative and kind. He can also speak English. The room service and cleaning fascilities are best 👍.

CMDRWe had a great welcoming and every staff member we met was very nice! The breakfast people were also very nice but maybe they could add a bit of diversity in the choices (we had the same breakfast 4days).The room was lacking maybe some cutlery and maybe some darker curtains but it was spacious and convenient. Bonus point for the ”laundry room” which was very helpful! In addition, the convenience store was a great touch. We also appreciated having fresh towels and water placed on our handle everyday. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice and was opened until 10pm lots of parking space too

Guest UserPretty good. The location is nice, with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It's about a kilometer from the attractions, right by the sea, and relatively quiet. However, the front desk service was very average.

Hels11Good location, parking close by as well as some parking at the hotel. The rooms were clean (bathroom could do with a bit of renovation), comfortable and spacious. The cleaning is every 3 days but fresh water and towels given everyday. We had a kitchen in our room but no way of utalising it as there were no pots, pans or cutlery.
