"The hotel clearly shows its age, and the rooms are on the smaller side. However, the room was very clean, and the sea view was absolutely amazing, with beautiful scenery outside. The breakfast was good, leaning more towards a Korean style; the bibimbap was delicious. We arrived late, but the staff (Ajumma/Omoni) still let us eat before they packed up. On the first floor of the hotel, there's a gift shop, a coffee shop, and a small convenience store. There's also a convenience store right at the corner of the street, which is very convenient. It's not far from the starting point of Olle Trail Route 7. Taxis to the port and both waterfalls are also very close by."

"Booked and stayed here last minute, and even had breakfast. The facilities were clean and spacious, though the room temperature was a bit too high, so I remember opening the window to air it out before sleeping. I had a really comfortable and relaxing stay. Thank you! The breakfast buffet was also decent, but I was a little disappointed there was no fruit. I wished there had been some tangerines! 🍊"

GGuest UserA great hotel which is really high end. Pools are great though not really great for small kids though was great they had free floatation aids. A shame Customer service sometimes lacked experience, food is great but expensive (even the buffet) and there were some strange limitations like the Italian didn’t serve pasta in the evening and 2 of the restaurants only served set menus. A strange juxtaposition as many of the people staying there seemed to be families. The last thing to mention is the play area is tiny. In the pictures it shows a big room full of toys which it seems is closed now though the website doesn’t mention it

YYoYo_mengmengdaThis resort is absolutely fantastic! I particularly love its vibrant colors and design, which perfectly cater to a feminine aesthetic. I've been coming here for my vacation for two consecutive years. A taxi from the airport costs less than 300 yuan. The hotel's breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all excellent, and I've tried several of their restaurants. In the evenings, there's a party by the pool where you can enjoy performances while dining. You can also walk down the path to the beach and admire the unique scenery. Shilla is definitely one of my favorite resorts. I'll be back again!

GGuest UserThe place is simply amazing. Away from cities and with a wonderful sea view. The owner is very friendly and he suggested us many restaurants that were really good. The garden is also a nice place to stay. If you are looking for a place to relax, this is a good one!

DDuoduobuduoVI have to say, it was seeing pictures of this hotel's infinity pool online that immediately made me book a flight to Jeju Island. The weather was perfect, and it was totally worth the trip. From the doorman to the front desk, the service was excellent and very welcoming. We stored our luggage and kept bothering the bellboys to get things out of our bags and change clothes, but the Korean staff enthusiastically helped us every time without any hint of impatience. Check-in wasn't until 3 PM, and we arrived at 11 AM. We went out for some BCH fried chicken, and when we came back before 2 PM, the front desk let us check into our room early. We didn't book a sea view because we spent all our time at the pool. We swam during the day and went back at night – the pool lighting at night was absolutely stunning. We only got back to the room at 10 PM and just went straight to sleep, which saved us some money. Although the room wasn't huge, it was very quiet, and the bedding was super comfortable and clean; I slept really well. The transportation is extremely convenient; the 600 bus is 4500 KRW per person, point-to-point to and from the airport. A taxi to the Jusangjeolli Cliff was also very convenient, only 6000 KRW. Most of the guests were Korean, not many Chinese. The brunch right outside the hotel is absolutely delicious. The hotel's boardwalk is also beautiful, leading straight down to a beach.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a resort, a bit far from the city center, but you can get here by bus route 255. The Giant's Causeway is relatively close, about a 90 RMB taxi ride one way. My ground-floor room has a 'small garden,' but I felt it lacked privacy, as people on the higher floors opposite seemed able to see into my room. The front desk service was average. Shopping downstairs is convenient, but the brand selection isn't extensive, and the resort's restaurants are quite pricey.

GGuest UserI stayed in a kids' room. I had visited the Tuscany a few times and felt that the temperature of the heated pool was unmatched. It was still warmer than any other 5-star hotel in the area. I really loved the event where they gave out free fish cakes and sweet potatoes in the evening. I could tell they invested heavily in the luxurious amenities and details throughout the property. For instance, the in-room slippers were very thick and non-slip, which was great. There was a Dyson hairdryer, a Stanpot humidifier, and complimentary mouthwash and a round brush. The bathrobes were also high-quality, with a fleece lining inside.
There were welcome drinks and snacks at check-in, and overall, they weren't stingy, which was touching and nice. They also gave us tangerines at check-in, and they were delicious.
Also, I saw the cleaning maid wearing a hat (the kind used in restaurants to keep hair out of the way) while cleaning, and it seemed like they were very attentive to the room.
I checked out on the 11th when it was snowing heavily, and the staff clearing the snow from the parking lot cleared all the snow off my car and even put my suitcase in the car for me. I was very grateful. The room view was so nice that I felt truly relaxed, and the small mini-concert at Siena was also wonderful.
The musical actor and pianist sang so well, and the atmosphere was so great that I wanted to stay longer. My child and I enjoyed the performance together, and a staff member even gave us Haribo gummy bears—it was a small gesture, but I was touched.
The breakfast was also delicious. The chef kept checking on the food, and coffee was available for takeout.
The only downside is that it would be nice if we could exchange items included in the package, such as the poolside bar chicken set, for other menu items (I got a little tired of eating chicken for two days in a row).
The passageway from the annex (where the kids' rooms are) to the main building was very cold and slippery when it snowed or rained (I actually fell). It would be great if there were heating facilities or something like the plastic sheeting found in the cabanas.
Although Primo lacks an indoor pool and has some shortcomings in terms of scale and amenities, its other strengths are so great that I would definitely stay here again if I visit Jeju.
We had a great time making wonderful memories with my child.

GGuest UserLocation: Close to the sea with incredibly beautiful views, it's even a filming location for the Korean drama 'Princess Hours'. There aren't many rooms, and the whole place gives off a wonderfully quiet vibe, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Room Types: We experienced three room types: the Hanok (traditional Korean house), a suite, and a king room. Overall, the Hanok was the most unique, but the bed was a bit small. The suite's bed would be better suited for families with children.
Service: Generally, there aren't many staff members, but they are all quite friendly. The initial amenities provided aren't very extensive, perhaps for environmental reasons. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

GGuest UserIf you need a relaxing trip, this is a suitable hotel which is next to the dolphin park. And there is also a bathtub in the room, so you can watch the sea when you take a bath. The only problem is that there is a building in front of the hotel now, so the view is not the most perfect.
BTW, host is very kindly, even you aren't korean speaker, he will try to use translate APP to communicate to you.

KKSGCCHENVery clean and new. Relatively cheap compared to others. The jacuzzi charge is too high especially if you booked but can’t use it due to bad weather. Not language friendly For international travel if you do not have Korean phone number. You have to rely on Trip.com message.
