Anonymous UserEven though it's an older hotel, it's very well-maintained, and the rooms are cleaned promptly. The public areas are also quite nice. The check-in staff speak Korean and Chinese, and there are also Chinese-speaking staff available to answer questions. However, nearby dining options are a bit far and require a walk. The restaurants next to Lotte aren't very good and are a bit overpriced. The bread and desserts in the lobby are also delicious; if you go too late, some items are already sold out by locals, and they're not overly sweet. The red bean and chocolate ones are great, but the cream and butter sticks are just average. Getting to the beach requires going downhill, and due to the location, most hotels nearby have the same situation where you have to go down and then climb back up. Overall, it's good. Aside from not providing disposable toiletries, it's pretty much on par with hotels in Sanya, and the room rates aren't inflated.

Guest UserFirst, my initial thoughts: I was prepared for a 'prison-like' room before checking in, but staying here, I actually found the room small but cozy! Coupled with other advantages, the actual experience exceeded my expectations.
Now, for the pros:
1. **Rich Community Facilities:** Besides the accommodation buildings, there's a standalone coffee shop, a standalone small bar (received a free beer voucher upon check-in), a GS25 convenience store (the female staff member was very friendly), a gift shop (at the front desk), and a breakfast/lunch restaurant (you can get a discount if you purchase breakfast at the front desk a day in advance).
2. **Excellent Location for Olle Trail 1:** It's very convenient for those doing Olle Trail Route 1. You can walk to Gwangchigi Beach, the starting point of Route 1, in about 10 minutes.
3. **Friendly Staff:** All the service staff were very friendly and could communicate well in English.
4. **Spacious Bathroom:** Although the room itself was small, the bathroom and shower area were quite spacious.
5. **Free Airport Shuttle:** This was an incredibly valuable service. I took the 10:30 AM shuttle to the airport. No reservation was needed, the bus arrived on time, and it took about an hour to reach the airport.
Areas for improvement:
1. **Lack of Hooks in Room:** My room had no hooks, except for two small ones in the toilet. I suggest adding one more in the main room without taking up extra space (I saw some other smaller room types had them).
2. **Soap Dispenser Design:** The hand soap dispenser had a short pump, which was inconvenient to use when my hands were dirty. A longer nozzle would be much better.
Overall, it was a very good stay. I would consider staying here again if I plan to do other Olle trails on the Seongsan side.

Anonymous UserClean, great view, and I had a wonderful, restful night. The commercial area is also well-developed, so I enjoyed some delicious meals before leaving.

We were quite disappointed upon arrival. We had specifically booked a mountain view room, but were given a city view room with mountains in the distant background—a view that looked nothing like what was advertised in the hotel’s room listing.
When we raised this with the front desk and showed them the discrepancy using a photo comparison (our view vs. the advertised one), we were told that the building had been constructed recently and the room photos hadn’t been updated. However, the buildings obstructing our view clearly appeared not to be new, making that explanation unconvincing.
What was even more disappointing was the lack of any effort to rectify the situation. The hotel could have at least offered us an alternative room, even a cheaper one with partial sea and mountain views, but this wasn’t done. We ended up paying a premium for a view that didn’t meet expectations, and left feeling misled.
Parking
The listing stated free parking, but both nights, the hotel car park was full. We had to park in public areas, and one night, we ended up parking at the roadside due to a lack of space. As foreigners unfamiliar with Korean parking regulations, this caused unnecessary stress—we were worried about the risk of parking fines for potentially illegal parking.
Other Concerns
There seemed to be extra charges for everything. Only two complimentary bottles of water were provided each night. When we went to the lobby to ask for two paper cups, we were told we had to pay for them. Fortunately, this charge was waived—possibly because they were aware of our parking issue—but it still left a negative impression.

Anonymous UserA decent and comfortable stay. If there is not enough parking lot within the hotel, there is another parking space opposite the hotel.
There is a washing machine within the room and the staff will give a free detergent pod if the stay is 3 nights and above. They also do provide a drying rack if required.

I was upgraded to a newly renovated clean room, which made my stay more pleasant, and the breakfast was good. The garden where I walked while looking at the sea after breakfast was excellent, and all the staff were friendly, making it a pleasant stay.

Guest UserBooked and stayed here last minute, and even had breakfast. The facilities were clean and spacious, though the room temperature was a bit too high, so I remember opening the window to air it out before sleeping. I had a really comfortable and relaxing stay. Thank you! The breakfast buffet was also decent, but I was a little disappointed there was no fruit. I wished there had been some tangerines! 🍊

The room environment is good and very clean. The window opens directly onto Hallasan Mountain. There are parking spaces available. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. There are no complimentary disposable toiletries, but you can purchase them with a credit card in the lobby on the first floor. There's a 7-Eleven and a coffee shop on the first floor.

A highly recommended hotel. Excellent location, clean rooms, laundry service available. Convenient to nearby attractions. 6 minutes from Olai Market. Staff speak good English. Good reading material. You can also take photos and check in at the Orange Cafe (close to the bus).

Park MaximEven though I was alone, they gave me a room with 2 queen size beds. It's not an issue really, but I'd rather have a table and a chair instead of another big bed.
It's clean, they give you 2 water bottles everyday, but they didn't do my bed for some reason. Maybe it'd be too much for the price!? Overall, I don't complain about it.
Somebody already mentioned people leaving their dirty boots and clothing in the hallway. It smells and honestly doesn't look nice by all means. I believe these are football players who come to Jeju for some reason. I stayed in a different hotel the night before I moved to this hotel and it was the same. Those football players are mostly middle-high school students so they might me noisy at the night.
A heads-up, do not ask for a room further from the elevator, otherwise you'd have to walk a lot like I did
