"The entire hotel was very stylish, and the facilities were excellent, making for a fantastic stay! Having a washing machine and kitchen in the room was especially convenient; being able to dry my wet swimsuit right away was a real lifesaver. The pool and sauna were also wonderful, allowing me to fully enjoy the resort atmosphere until late at night. The staff were helpful, and the location was convenient with easy access from both the airport and the city center. I would definitely like to stay here again when I return to Ishigaki Island."

"It's a wonderful place, but if you're going, go when you're young! And in the summer! It's fine for foreigners, but for Japanese people, the baths are too stylish and hard to use, and the cold stone bath hits you right in the back (lol). I think it might be tough for families with small children or older people. But it's very stylish, so it's the perfect place for young groups or couples to enjoy a romantic getaway. It was too cold when I went, so I couldn't enjoy it to the fullest, but I think the barbecue and cottages are great on warm days. The staff at Studs were very friendly and helpful, and we had a great time talking to each other."

"1. Advantages (1) The location is very good, on the main road in the city, surrounded by many restaurants and supermarkets, and close to the pier. The shuttle service is also convenient. (2) The dining area provides regular shochu, tea, and ice. 2. Disadvantages (1) On the day of check-out, I came back from sailing and used the bathroom on the first floor to pick up my luggage. I was charged 1,200 yen for two people. I was also a guest staying for a few days. The room cost 100,000 yen, and they were charged for using the bathroom. (2) I asked the front desk to help me book a sailing trip for the next day, but it was not possible. In the end, they said it was not possible."

"The shuttle bus from the airport is very convenient. Please note that reservations must be made by the day before. What's more, the shuttle bus driver even gives a mini-guide – what great hospitality! We were shown a white peacock. Amazing! The front desk has jasmine tea, coffee, and even ice pops. The large public bath is also very relaxing. There are restaurants nearby, making it a very convenient hotel."

"I rarely book international hotels and rarely leave reviews, but this one was truly terrible. Amenity: The decor isn't worth the price. See the pictures. The curtains offer no sun protection at all. Service: I had to book the island hopping tour at the front desk, and they were reluctant, saying they didn't understand English. I Googled Japanese translations, and 9 out of 10 questions were unanswered. I called the number, but no one answered. I called 050 and changed it to 080. Checking out at 10 AM was a new experience for me. The curtains were broken, waking me up at 6 AM every morning. Cleanliness: The towels had a hair on them. Amenities: My wife hit her head on the way out for two consecutive nights, and her head is now swollen. When I reported it to the hotel, they said they couldn't understand me. I was surprised by the soundproofing when the neighbors called at 3 AM."
