GGreta’sI absolutely LOVED this hotel, from the moment we arrived to when we left. My favourite hotel from my whole holiday in all of Indonesia. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was so unique and special, and really made our trip even better. The pool is beautiful. Don’t hesitate and book this gorgeous villa.

VVivindyFantastische villa met private pool. Ver van Kuta, je moet een behoorlijk eindje over jl. Mawun met de scooter om bij Olea villas te komen. Maar je komt wel thuis in een heerlijke villa met fantastisch zwembadje. Het personeel is super vriendelijk. Ontbijt ( wat overigens heerlijk is ) komen ze brengen bij de villa, scooter kan je via hun huren tegen prima prijs ( wij hadden een 125cc voor 100.000 pd ). Ze doen de was voor 20.000 per kilo. Echt top! De eerste avond hadden we 2 dikke spinnen in de kamer, die hingen in een hoek boven bij de gordijnen. Niet goed gecheckt dus tijdens schoonmaak. Verder zijn er veel rupsjes in en om de villa. Je zit een beetje op een berg en met veel groen om je heen, dus je ontkomt er niet aan. De laatste dag hadden we een aap op onze muur.
Prijs kwaliteit is dik in orde. Laatste dag konden we laat uitchecken, vervoer van/naar airport kan ook voor 250.000. Alles gaat via whatsapp, reactie komt altijd heel snel en is keurig. Al met al dik tevreden hier. Aanrader.

GGuest UserIt’s situated not too far from the main busy area of kuta, but it’s still bit far from the beach. So overall not too bad for location.
Pros:
- Good facility of coworking space and a spa, which is much appreciated.
- room layout is good with balcony. Would suggest to opt for the one level up so there is some privacy compare those has direct ground level access.
- overall service is great, very strong SOP driven and ensure you are taken care the same by everyone.
- room is clean and housekeeping is quite good. Thought some spots could be improved.
Cons
- the room sound proof is issue. Due to gaps and room material, can obviously hear all the rooster sounds, azan and even people talking. Might not be good for light sleeper.
- it is surrounded by lots construction, though the noise doesn’t affect but it’s not too pleasant as at now.
- restaurant food option is quite limited. Hard to stay excited if stay for longer.
- wifi is an issue, hardly can connect at my room. But totally no problem at the coworking space

YYuehaihongdieThe facilities are relatively new. In the category of homestays, the floor area and the number of rooms are considered large. The location is a bit far from the center of Kuta, but there are motorcycles for rent in the homestay, so traveling is not a problem. The fee is calculated on a daily basis regardless of the starting time. I was in the peak season at that time, 80k. All are single-family cottages, the rooms have good privacy, and plants are cleverly used to block and increase the beauty. The rooms are very spacious and bright, but the facilities are simple. It is inevitable that there will be bugs in the general homestay standards. There are two swimming pools in the courtyard. The dining area is not large, and the breakfast is simple and provided per person. Don't expect too much. Almost all the people staying here are foreigners. There is no car to the airport near the homestay. The homestay provides a paid airport drop-off service, which is reasonably priced and most importantly worry-free.

AAnonymous UserWe booked a 2 bedroom villa. It was overall quite new, clean and decent for a group of 4.
Pros - Service was excellent as all the staff were helpful and attended to our requests immediately. They also helped to arrange transport for us to travel around with a fee but its reasonable enough as it was not easy to call a grab.
Cons - The villa is not located at the main street so we need to walk along the alleys without any street lights at night. But it was not dangerous, just a bit dark. The water pump behind the master-bedroom was quite noisy and it affected our sleep quality throughout our stay.

GGuest UserWe liked to be here, there were 5 or 6 nights.
Every day was cleaned very well, the staff was friendly and always helped us, on the territory of his restaurant, everything that ate - was delicious, for breakfast choice was quite good. Every evening they spent on the patio or the veranda of the restaurant - played cards (in access for guests, as well as playing uno and books in different languages) and just communicated, for the chill a great place. There is a parking lot for bikes with security. Used the laundry service - everything is cool, washed, dried and very neatly folded. There is also a transfer to different places from the hotel. The area is green and beautiful, the pool has not been used, it is small, the pool has a good zone and for the sun, and a zone in the shadow. There is a cooler, cups, tea. The room was straight good, all the time the downsides have not noticed.
The only thing that without a bike will certainly be uncomfortable - to the center on foot will go uncomfortable.
In general, I recommend, I liked everything.

GGuest UserRoom: the resort is open since a few weeks and some hanging stuffs were missing in the room (blank wall).
Tons of mosquitoes, even if we looked for avoiding them… (they entered from the bathroom?). So no mosquito net for the bed (which is maybe something to look for in the future). No soap, no toothbrush (just to mention it, wasn’t a problem for us).
People: the staff were really nice and there was a surfing vibes. So if you are people looking for that, definitely it’s the place for you!
Location: a bit away from the central road, which gives you a bit of quietness.
Breakfast was included, and you have the choice to choose almost everything!

AAstrodynamicThe hotel has a beautiful and well-designed area and a very successful location - in the heart of the city, a lot of good cafes and restaurants nearby.
It is noticeable that the hotel is in the process of restoring rooms. Our room looked a little tired but was clean at the same time. From the downsides - the room felt a scent, I would like the rooms to be more ventilated.
In general, the hotel has left a positive impression, especially due to location and territory.

However the best beaches are a scooter ride away. Loved relaxing in the peaceful garden and the breakfast was also very enjoyable. The service was excellent through your stay

AawfawfaI really like the place. The bungalows (the mid-size ones that I rent.. forgot the name 😁) are in Lombok traditional house style. The garden is well kept and looks lovely with the guitar-shaped pool. I feel comfy staying here. The cleanliness is good, it's neat!
And it is easy to find food and drinks. So many stores, mini markets, cafes/restaurants around in the neighborhood.. full of them. Easy to find, enough parking space.. and you can walk to the beach.
The staffs are nice and NOT annoying with ”too friendly” acts :) so we had a good time!
