On the other hand, the staff was impeccable: very kind, helpful, always smiling, and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference. Breakfast was decent, but it could be even better if fruit were offered regularly, regardless of the menu. Finally, the location is a real plus: the hotel is ideally situated, close to the beach and the town center, which is much more lively in the evening than during the day."

"The staff really put in a lot of effort. However, the hotel's furnishings are quite dated. The bathroom in our Deluxe room was also relatively dark and wasn't fully enclosed, which allowed mosquitoes into the room and meant we could hear people in their bathrooms nearby. The pool was nice. However, some of the surrounding sun loungers were broken or desperately needed cushions. Breakfast was à la carte from Monday to Thursday, which we really liked. But you could only order one item, which is annoying if one dish isn't enough to fill you up. It's great that you offer à la carte, as it saves resources and tastes much better than the buffet on other days, so please let guests order enough to be satisfied. It wouldn't really cost you much more, as most people are full after one dish anyway."

I recommend this hotel for a staycation, but it is definitely not an ideal spot for a beach holiday."

The staff were always there for us, incredibly friendly, and often stopped for a nice chat. You could tell they did everything to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned daily and were always tidy and hygienic. The only minor drawback was that we didn't have hot water. When we reported it, the staff responded immediately and did their utmost to fix it. They even offered us the use of another empty room so we could have a warm shower. We found that very thoughtful and it shows how much effort they put into resolving the issue for us. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay. Thanks to the great service, clean rooms, and excellent location, we would definitely recommend this hotel."

The surroundings, however, were quite beautiful."

If I had to find a fault, and it's not with the hotel itself, it would be that they called a driver for us, and for the short distance, he charged us an exorbitant amount. Negotiate the price beforehand so you don't have the same problem. It was an experience I would definitely repeat, and I highly recommend you come. "The room and hotel location were both great. However, the staff were a bit odd. They left a yogurt in the fridge on the first day, and it was gone the next day. They also took a guest's motorcycle helmet, I don't know what they were doing. On the last night, a group of people stayed next door, and they were very noisy. The staff didn't do anything about it, making it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was simple, but filling. Not particularly delicious."
