Fand tatsächlich alles toll. An der Rezeption direkt auf Deutsch empfangen. Alle super freundlich. Das Hotel war sehr hübsch und renoviert. Das Zimmer sehr schön mit Klima, Balkon und tollem Bad. WLAN kostenlos. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war super, Abends natürlich keine Getränke inklusive aber das kennt man ja. Der Boulevard nur 2min zu Fuß bergab, der Strand dann 3min. Ruhige Lage. Pool mit Liegen, Handtuch für 2€ zum ausleihen. Bushalte und Lidl in der Nähe. Würde wiederkommen! 10/10

Too small, the toilet and bathroom are inseparable in the room. It is definitely not recommended for newlyweds or people who are not so open because it has no privacy. The room is also very noisy. Sometimes you will understand what your neighbors say. When the flushing function next door is activated, you will hear the sound of water running down the pipe. These views sometimes disturb our sleep. However, you must stay realistic and say that this hotel is good and worth recommending a three-star hotel. The location is perfect, cleanliness is ok. The staff is very friendly and speaks fluent German. The food is clean but delicious, and the bar meets some beverage requests. As a small highlight, you can highlight the roof terrace with two whirlpools and sauna. The ordinary swimming pool is also very good. We will book the hotel again at any time.

Hotel-style apartment, you can cook in the room, five or six hundred meters away from the beach, there are some restaurants around, but the price is more expensive, there are no supermarkets nearby there are only some canteens. Room service is very general, stayed for seven days, no one took the initiative to change the sheets, also changed the towel every day to dump garbage, the most important point is that there is no wifi network signal in the room, has been using its own phone card 4G & #128555;

Room was very clean and hotel central to restaurants. Parking only available on the street or municipal lots nearby. Breakfast was adequate with scrambled eggs, beans, veggies, yogurt. Bathroom was very small and you had no room to move around. I’d think of this as 2 star vs 3 star hotel as it did feel very basic.

The apartments are well appointed in Santa Ponsa just a short walk from the bay and restaurants. I was welcomed by the night manager who was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I have no issues with the 'front of house' experience. But, I question the company's ability to rationalise a dispute fairly. I was there for 2 nights only, visiting for a special occasion. When I returned from eating after a long day I was locked out of my room and the night manager couldn't gain access with his pass key. He kindly arranged another room for me but all my belongings were locked in the other room. I was due to be picked up the following morning for a trip into Palma, but missed the opportunity as I had to stay to wait for my belongings. They had to break into the room to access my stuff. The company's view towards my compensation was that they gave me another room so that's all they were prepared to offer, well I should hope they did give me another room I'd paid for it. I can't be bothered to take this any further to be honest, but be mindful if you're staying here and you have medication in your room, for example.

Amazing location.Opposite Katmandu Park.Near shop Aldi Teddy and a lot of cafe .Very comfortable bed.Clean apartment.Friendly staff.Few minutes away from the beach.

Lovely hotel/apartments, although rooms were basic, they were adequate, especially for the price we paid. Not too far from the centre, there is also shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Pool area nice and clean. We didn't use the restaurant facilities, so we can't comment. We have to to better places, bit we've also been to worse. But you get what you pay for and we would stay here again.

The apartment is ok but the kitchen stove is not working we cant cook and lots of ants..

A wonderful complex, conveniently located on a hill with a magnificent view. Spacious apartments, everything you need to cook, quiet and calm. I liked it, I will come back again

Отличный отель. Жила в нем в низкий сезон, поэтому никакой шум с улицы не мешал, спала в тишине. Заселили раньше стандартного часа. Расположение очень удобное, до пляжей с двух сторон пешком пройтись минут 5. Чистая удобная постель, полотенца. Хороший вид с балкона, частично на море. Приветливый персонал, отличные разнообразие завтраки. Единственный недостаток - нет питьевой воды в номере. Пришлось пойти купить, магазины прямо в соседних зданиях. Прекрасный отдых, чистое море, пляжи. Ресторанов вокруг достаточно. Ночью все вымирает с октября до следующего сезона, потусить можно в единственном баре с дискотекой.
