Room small but ok. Loud hallway and room. There was a (locked) door from my room directly to adjacent room - every word of neighbors can be heard. Not enough lifts. Arrival reception took ages - only one employer for many people arriving. Breakfast buffet room too small for such a big hotel, took a long time. Breakfast overpriced for Quality. Would not recommend this hotel."

"Perfect and I’d love to visit again!
What amazed me was the clean bathroom and nice people. The shower was ready to be warm and useful. The location was also sooo nice, though we actually considered the more girly but distant place. Now we know we made the right decision, especially because we needed to carry huge luggages. Also the nice refrigerator was available.
The minus points it may be better to know in advance;
- a bit too warm room; anyways better than getting a cold
- The hangers are equipped to the wardrobe, you can’t move them
- as in other hotels, no free drink water. But you’ll find nearby stores available even midnight."

"The room was a bit on the small side; once my large suitcase was open, it was hard to move around comfortably. However, that's often expected for a budget hotel. Overall, it was clean and tidy. The location is a major plus, offering great convenience for both transport and shopping. There's a large shopping mall right next door, which even houses a big Tesco supermarket. Across from the mall, you'll find stops for multiple tram and bus lines, making getting around incredibly easy. It's also very close to several major attractions."

"We arrived earlier than expected but was great to store our luggage at the hotel. Checked in which was great. Lovely ladies helped and advised. Our room, 2 bed was small but sufficient. Tried to arrange more pillows but failed. Mattresses were sleepable thanks to the lovely beer in the town. Breakfast was the experience of the day! Well IBis! Made up for anything we could not have enjoyed in our stay. Will definitely book here again as we are planning a return journey. We'll done Ibis Praha old Town"

"The hotel is new and clean. It's located outside of the city center, but very well connected to the subway and bus stations. Even taking an Uber to the city center is in the range of 5€.
The rooms are not exaggeratedly big, but sufficient to store your belongings and have space to move around. The blackout curtains are perfect to keep to room dark and sleep as long as you want. There's a parking garage for which you have to pay, but there are a couple of parking slots, free of charge, outside in front of the hotel.
Overall the hotel was great, breakfast was included in my room charge, was also plenty to choose from. I will book this hotel again."

"During my trip to Prague, I stayed at Akcent Hotel, and it was an excellent choice. The location was perfect — right next to a metro station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. LLvDarynaMy stay at the hotel started with very unwelcoming lady at the reception. There was city tax to pay and I had only cash because my Union Pay card didn’t work there. She told me to look for change because the banknote was 2000 CZK, I said that it was what I got at the ATM, then she told me to go outside to mini market I get change. I refused to do that because it was rainy outside and I was tired after 8 hours on the road, and then she started ignoring me without trying to solve the problem. My mom offered her to pay later when we get the change at the city and only after she gave me the room key. Terrible service!!
The other thing is that there’s no toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo (only all-in-one soap), slippers all of that you have to have your own. There’s no water provided and no kettle but you can borrow a kettle at the reception. There’s free coffee and tea ant the reception.
There’s no enough sockets, you have to choose what you want to use a fridge, a lamp, a kettle or a phone charger, it makes your stay very inconvenient. Also want to say that I started at the corner room ant it was so dark. Breakfast is okay and can be changed for 10€ or 250CZK at the reception.
Location is wonderful though.

GGuest UserIt's a little far from the station, but if you check beforehand you can get there without any problems, and there is a map on the hotel's website so it wasn't a problem. Tourist attractions such as the Powder Tower are within walking distance. In fact, the location is perfect because you can enjoy walking around the city of Prague. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby so I don't think there was any problem.

TTheresaThe hotel is very nice but the location is not so good. Even we drive still need to park quite far away. The staff is not very helpful, or maybe i should say she is not considerate at all. We booked the spa, but we didn't have our dinner yet while we were checking in, we mentioned many times to her that we are in the hurry for dinner, i believe if we don't eat before the spa, everything will closed afterwards, but she was just writing the check-in form super slowly.(I think she used half an hour just to fill up the form) In the end, we only left half an hour, run to the restaurant and pour all the food inside our mouth & run back. But in the end we found the beer spa come with some bread, also the mini bar has some sandwiches, then why don't she tell us since we asked her so many times for the food! Because the hotel is located in a very quiet place , nothing much around, there is no restaurant inside the hotel too, but we asked her if there is any food the hotel can provide and she said no!

GGuest UserOn our wonderful 8-days-trip to Czech Republic we (couple, 50 years old, two children at age of 14/16) spent the last four days in Prague. When checking in at the hotel around 9 p.m. we noticed that we have got the wrong room (1 king-size bed and 1 sofa bed instead of (explicitly booked and already paid) room with 1 king-size bed and a separate room with 2 single beds), so we informed the reception desk. The stuff was very friendly and although not being able to offer us the correct room for the first night already, we were able to switch room early next morning and got free breakfast as compensation. The breakfast was very good and rich (bread, bread rolls, toast, scrambled and boiled eggs, classical cold cuts, grilled vegetables and sausages, fruit, yogurt, cake, coffee, hot chocolate, juices, cereals, etc.). Therefore we decided to choose the breakfast option also on our final day before check-out. BTW, the area, where breakfast was served (until 11 a.m.), belongs to ”Fat Cat Burgers & Craft Beer”, which made a nice impression and was well-visited past noon.
The rooms and bath were clean and although the rooms and the inventory might need a little refreshment on the one hand, the old windows and carpet fit to the historic center, where the hotel is located on the other hand. The location itself was ideal for starting tours to the old town by foot and enjoying night life. Next tram stop was appr. a 7-minutes-walk away, next metro stop appr. 10 minutes away. The room with the king size bed contained a LED-TV and was orientated to pedestrian street, but although night life just happens a few feet away, the old windows (two windows in a row) filter much of the noise. The other room with the two single beds was very calm and located between the formerly mentioned room and the hallway. Its windows were orientated to hallway and could not be regularly opened, which made airing this room out a little bit difficult. Each apartment contains its own WLAN-router, which had to plug in on our own as noticed on arrival, but then we had perfect signal and fast internet access.
A tip for those arriving by car: You cannot reach the hotel by car, because it is located in a pedestrian zone consisting of many pubs and bistros with outdoor seating. Finding a parking slot nearby is not easy, due to most part of the surrounding streets are reserved for residential parking only and you either have to pay the parking slot by app (virtual parking ticket machine only) or choose a slot in more distant streets where you can also buy a ticket at a physical parking ticket machine. Therefore I dropped my wife and children as near as possible to the hotel (2-minutes-walk) and parked our car in one of the suburban P+R-areas - I chose ”P+R Skalka II” with contains a camera system and costs 50 CZK for the first 24hours and then 10 CZK per hour, which is (in June 2025), which is very cheap compared to parking your car in one of the central car parks).
Conclusion: A very nice place with friendly stuff and a good breakfast. If you do not mind walking a little bit with your luggage and if you like enjoying city/night life in Prague, this hotel is a very good option. I would always recommend this hotel for those who are a good walkers.

Pros:
Great location. Very close to metro station line C and tram station. Walkable distance to the national museum. I like the window can be fully open and air conditioning is powerful. WiFi is quite fast. Receptionists speak fluent English.

There are some hygiene issues. The water bottle provided for drinking water still has bread crumbs or whatever crumbs in the lid when I moved in (see photo). Clearly hasn't been washed 🤢. The dripping tray of the water machine in the corridor is always full (I discarded it twice the same day). When it's full, the water won't come out. No staff member is taking care of this. The room is quite small compared to Ibis room in other countries at the same level.
Note there is no fridge in the room.
In the bedroom there is no bin. I need to walk to the bathroom to throw away rubbish.

GGuest UserBecause the flight was delayed for two hours, we arrived at the hotel at 11 o'clock in the evening. When we entered the room, we found that there was nothing except towels, including toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, and bottled water. The facilities were worse than those of ordinary European hotels. I went downstairs to ask the guy at the front desk, and he told me that it was available at the convenience store across the street. The room I stayed in had a bedside table on one side of the bed, but no lamp or plug, and a lamp and plug on the other side of the bed, but no bedside table. In addition, the two-in-one shampoo and shower gel provided in the bathroom was very thin, as if it was filled with a lot of water, and the quality was very poor. The front desk service is OK, but not very enthusiastic. Not much choice for breakfast, pretty much the same every day.

SShra124Hotel is nice and clean. ROOM was very nice and spacious. I booked a double room and it had great space. Hotel has a lift so you don't have to worry about stairs.
The only thing I didn't like was I had reached the hotel 1 HR earlier but they didn't give me early check-in as they said the room wasn't ready. I would have appreciated it if they would have arranged another room for me as I was tired.
I also tried their Beer Bath Spa which is in the hotel premises itself. For a couple the cost was 119€ for an hour.
It was a relaxing and unique experience. Must try once.

JJTSydneyThis is my first time in Prague and this is one expensive hotel (but I guess it's like this for all hotels in Prague). Location wise, it's is a walkable 15 minutes to the main train station or the metro station is only a few mintues away. The staff are really helpful. They helped planned my day's sightseeing! There are a few restaurants nearby but most still require about a 5 to 10 minute walk.
The room itself is very clean, spacious and come with all the usual amenities. I have some issues with getting hot water for showering on one of the day which was fixed quite promptly but I think the hot water is only satisfactory hot (and not like boiling hot). I stayed during the winter months so the AC in the room don't work. The building is centrally heated and the temperature adjustment is against the wall. It took me two days to figure this out though the temperature in my room was okay (so it doesn't really matter).
Overall, my stay has been pleasant and I will likely stay here again next time I'm in Prague (and I will be back. Prague is such a beautiful city). I'm hoping next time I won't need to fork out an arm and a leg to stay here.
