I finally had a normal breakfast in Xinjiang. I got up early and chartered a car to set off. The boss specially made rose tea for fear that we would be cold on the way to Kurdenin. DDimakesiThis trip to Xinjiang was my first time staying at a Four Seasons Hotel. I thought that as a national hotel chain, the safety, hygiene and service should be guaranteed. However, after actually staying there, combined with the problems I encountered during the stay, I would like to make some small suggestions: 1. I booked two rooms, but only one breakfast was given. I don’t know how this was designed? 1. In order to have breakfast with the guests, I spent 49 yuan to buy a membership at the suggestion of the front desk, which added a breakfast and helped us upgrade the room; 2. For the extension of stay on the second day, the front desk told me to book directly on the membership account, there is a discount, the discount was 210 yuan, the same as yesterday, I said to see what the price was on the Ctrip page, it turned out to be only 147, because I had a cultural and travel voucher, I really have to compare more when I go out; 3. I went downstairs to have breakfast at 9 o'clock in the morning on the third day, and when I came back the card did not work, so I couldn't take the elevator or enter the room. I hope it will be improved; 4. The training and work arrangements of the waiters can be improved. Either there is no one to be seen, or the four front desk staff are all there, playing with their mobile phones together, which is a bit damaging to the brand. I still hope that the hotel will get better and better. The tidal effect of the off-season and peak season is a bit troublesome for hotel management.
