Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy, with beautiful flowers in the yard.
Environment: Located right on Liuxing Street, it's conveniently located, clean, and quiet. After strolling around Liuxing Street in the evening, it's easy to stroll back in just a few minutes. It's also completely isolated from the hustle and bustle of the center of Liuxing Street, making it incredibly peaceful.
Service: The owner and hostess were incredibly welcoming and attentive. While parking, they thoughtfully checked our children in, connected them to the Wi-Fi, and recommended many delicious restaurants. It was a truly comfortable stay. The complimentary dried fruit upon check-in was delicious.

The B&B is a combination of room and cafe. The cafe on the first floor is also very nice, with many cute refrigerator magnets. There are many rooms in the B&B, each with the name of the cafe, with different decoration styles, it feels very good to live in. The most important thing is that the location is good, close to the Ili River and the Monument to the People's Heroes, and you can see the beautiful sunset.
And it also includes breakfast, which is made by the boss himself. The eight-treasure porridge is better than the one made at home, and there are side dishes and steamed buns. I finally had a normal breakfast in Xinjiang. I got up early and chartered a car to set off. The boss specially made rose tea for fear that we would be cold on the way to Kurdenin. It was really nice. It's a pity that I can only stay for one night, what a pity.

The staff were warm and professional, offering thoughtful guidance throughout our entire stay. Luggage handling was prompt, and they were incredibly responsive to our needs. The attention to detail in their service was impeccable, making it a truly deserving five-star experience!

WWinsanThe waiter was very considerate. We arrived at the B&B at 10pm, and the host cooked for us right away. We were full and the food was delicious. When we left, we received a gift, which was a coaster with ethnic characteristics and Afanti magnets. The most beautiful thing was a cloth bag with ethnic characteristics.

The front desk service is polite and efficient. There are two suggestions for improvement: one is that the bathroom shower handle is leaking seriously; the other is the problem of outsourcing breakfast. As a four-diamond hotel, the outsourced restaurant service is a bit behind. There is no fruit, Western food, juice, coffee, etc., and there is a limit of one egg and milk tea. , beef noodles, etc., you have to pay extra. The most important thing is that the restaurant service staff keep shouting not to waste, waste will be fined, we are all adults, why bother? The breakfast was so boring that it really lowered the hotel's quality.

hotel staff was not very polite over the phone. this hotel requires a deposit while check in and do not return it if you forgot to ask. process of room check out is delayed.

Chinese citizens travelling with you only need to show their ID cards to check in quickly.
🚽The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, with modern and exquisite interior and exterior decoration styles, dry and wet separation, and complete infrastructure: elevator, TV, air conditioning, shower, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, disposable slippers, water heater, tables and chairs, as well as two packs of free instant black tea, two packs of green tea, and two bottles of mineral water.
💕Other things that may need attention or improvement:
