GGuest UserWe stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles.
Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please.

GGuest UserThis was a great place to stay in Yinning. It's where we 1st went after we landed in Xinjiang and we liked the place so much that we decided to change our plan and stay there again before leaving. The place is a bit far from the centre of town, but we rented a car and there is parking by the homestay. The staff is very friendly and super helpful to give us some tips on good restaurants to go to in Yinning. We rented Alina's Home and the room was very clean and cozy. Breakfast was also very good. Overall the place is quiet and very relaxing. Would definitely recommend to stay there.

早餐也很美味且营养搭配均衡。
最最最重要的是，店主和管家都非常的友好，服务超超赞！还额外给我们的旅行提供了很多帮助和建议，让我们充分享受到了伊宁的魅力。

GGuest UserHad a great stay at the hotel. Service was superb. Breakfast was delicious. Only thing was the toilet door had difficulties opening and closing. There was some road works outside the hotel and the staff was kind enough to help us carry our big luggages to and from the hotel to the car area. It was a big help that we very much appreciate. Staff was also kind to happily give us all the information we needed which included reccommendation of places to eat. We also had fun with the 2 free dress up and taking photos in their unique and beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our stay at this unique hotel.

LLaohuangniuaThe experience of coming to Xinjiang this time was super good. I did a good job before I came, but I chose accommodation very tangled. I watched it for a long time and chose this homestay. The stay experience far exceeded my expectations.
This homestay is the cleanest one I have ever stayed in. The sheets and quilts are very tidy, the small corners and bathrooms are very clean, and the homestay handles the small details very well. The location of the homestay is also excellent. In the scenic area, it takes ten minutes to go to the airport. The hotel facilities are very complete, there is a laundry room, mattresses and pillows are very comfortable to sleep. The service is also very good. There is a brother to pick us up in the parking lot and give us the special restaurant in the Amway scenic spot. When there is a need, the brother will solve it for us as soon as possible. It is worth recommending to everyone! Must be five-star praise, I will definitely stay here next time.

There is a balcony for drying clothes, but there is no washing machine.

The location is very remote, the door is a traffic jam, you must take a taxi to eat out, most guests have ordered takeaways like us.

AAnonymous UserRoad leading to the hotel is poorly paved, with many potholes and in need of repair. Place feels rather sleepy.
Wi-Fi connectivity in the room was sub-par. The water temperature was also erratic, with the water either very hot or very cold. Staff could have better attitude - almost did not get back the initial security deposit and staff did not remind us about it and seemed rude when we asked about it.
Despite being advertised as being near the Liuxing Street, the street is actually about a 15 minute walk from the hotel.
Breakfast is at the eatery just beside the hotel. It is a joint that is also patronized by many locals although the food may not be as palatable to foreigners.

GGuest UserI'm very grateful to the receptionist for upgrading me to a double room. The room was very clean and bright. The only downside was the strong smell of smoke as soon as I entered. I suggest spraying some fragrance after cleaning to improve the overall experience.

ZZhizidelvxingyoujiFacilities: A new homestay opened only last year. The rooms are equipped with air conditioners, humidifiers, etc., and everything is complete.
Hygiene: The cleaning and breakfast are done by the mother of the homestay owner. They are very clean. It is not the peak season yet, and they have just started business. In the past two days, I saw the aunt busy cleaning up in every room.
Environment: The landlord himself is a garden designer. The overall style of the house is very strong in the style of folk houses. You can feel a great feeling when you enter the gate of the yard.
Service: Breakfast is made every day, and you eat in the yard when you get up. The aunt and the owner of the homestay are also very easy-going.
National costume experience (no shooting): There are many clothes, and the skirt of Adles is very beautiful. 🈶 The matching belt, accessories, headdress, and equipment are good for filming.
Surroundings: The surroundings are all ethnic minorities. In the Kazanqi scenic area, you don’t need to check in at the north gate. There are all beautiful and sparsely populated characteristic houses here. There are also fruit shops, naan shops, etc. in front of the door. Walking in the alley feels like a stranger. It’s a wonderful experience. A large portion of mutton dumplings costs 14 yuan, and a cup of freshly squeezed mango juice costs 6 yuan.

The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was comfortable and comfortable to sleep, the front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was efficient and fast. hotel staff was not very polite over the phone. this hotel requires a deposit while check in and do not return it if you forgot to ask. process of room check out is delayed.
