The moment I stepped into the hotel, the front desk staff immediately offered a hot tea, instantly melting away my travel weariness. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was designed with a minimalist yet cozy aesthetic, and the bedding was so incredibly comfortable that I never wanted to leave, guaranteeing a wonderful night's sleep. Smart amenities like the intelligent toilet and wireless charging ports truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Plus, the hotel provides complimentary laundry and drying services, which is a total lifesaver for people like me! The surrounding area offers fantastic options for dining and shopping, and transportation is incredibly convenient. To top it all off, the front desk even presented a small gift at check-out – my impression of this hotel couldn't be higher! From now on, Atour will definitely be my go-to choice for future travels!

The parking lot at the door is spacious and convenient, and self-driving parties don't have to worry about parking problems. Entering the hotel, there is a faint and pleasant fragrance in the corridor, which instantly makes people feel refreshed. This kind of detail is really too touching. The room is full of surprises, with all the facilities and equipment. Smart Xiaodu is online throughout the whole process. The sense of technology is full without losing temperature. The favorite thing is that the bath water is super full. The water flows smoothly. The fatigue of the day is washed away cleanly, and the air in the room is particularly fresh and there is no odor. It can be seen that the cleaning and ventilation are done very well, and it is particularly safe to live. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes online, starting a day full of vitality. The most rare thing is that the overall environment of the hotel is particularly quiet. No noise can be heard in the corridor or the room, and the sleep quality is fully guaranteed. The only downside is the location - while it is relatively near to the train station and bus depot to other cities, there is nothing much in the vicinity. Overall, good cosy stay.

Four Points was a true gem! 🍀 After a long journey, upon entering the hotel lobby, the welcoming landscape painting and the bicycles on the corner made my first impression: ”When I'm not at home, I'm at Four Points. When I'm not at Four Points, I'm on my way to Four Points.” When planning the Northern Xinjiang loop, we didn't consider the physical conditions of our elderly and children. We are grateful for the hotel's timely adjustments and thoughtful arrangements for the rest of the trip, which made our Xinjiang trip a perfect ending. Before leaving, I was apprehensive about the newly opened hotel and the reviews, but later I realized: we should respect and tolerate this city and allow Yili to be Yili! We, from all corners of the world, traveled thousands of miles to Xinjiang to escape the bustling city life and connect with nature, immersing ourselves in the diverse culture and healing magic of the grasslands and lakes. Witness the saying, ”One mountain, four seasons, ten miles, a different sky.” It's as if the wind at Sayram Lake is so unhurried, a wave of the sleeves, yet it can't carry a single cloud away. We were lucky enough to hitchhike and witness the 11 p.m. sunset over the mountains and sea, fireworks rising to the stars. We savored a century-old handmade ice cream workshop. We savored the slow pace of lazy Yili and were delighted by unexpected encounters along the way. The patient security guards, the welcoming and charming front desk, the delicious breakfast, and the quality of a star-rated hotel are all welcome. 👍 The cozy rooms, comfortable bedding, smart amenities, attentive service, professional and efficient team management, and the convenient location—taxis to the airport cost 14 yuan, to Liuxing Street 7 yuan, and to the Lin Zexu Memorial Hall 8 yuan—are worth considering. With a laundry room, dryer, and fitness room on the second floor, Four Points is sure to be a top choice for future business or leisure travelers. If travel is like hitting the pause or refresh button, just like the painting in the lobby, everyone can find their own unique color here ❤️ I look forward to trying the delicious food in the hotel restaurant during my next stay...

It looked like it was doing good business from the outside. After eating there, I realized it was a BBQ restaurant run by Ulala. The food tasted very good. The hotel service is also very good, and the breakfast is OK.

**Sterile-level Hygiene 🧼**
The entire experience was a 'godsend for germaphobes'! Bedding is sterilized with medical-grade high-temperature steam, and even the pillowcases had 'sterilized' seals attached to their seams. Every tile grout line was meticulously cleaned, with fluorescent detection agents used to ensure absolute cleanliness. Walking barefoot, there was absolutely no dust or sticky feeling.
**Beyond-expectation Service 💫**
The Uyghur girl at the front desk offered 'trilingual service' (Mandarin/Uyghur/Sign Language), which was truly impressive! Noticing our fatigue from driving, she proactively upgraded us to a scenic view room and extended our check-out to 4 PM. The complimentary late-night nourishing dessert (local specialty chickpea yogurt drink) soothed both our stomachs and hearts.
**Oasis-like Environment 🌿**
Under century-old diversiform-leaved poplars, an active canal flows, fed by pristine waters from the Tianshan Mountains. Lavender scents wafted through white-gauze pavilions. The rooftop starlight bar offers panoramic views of Liuxingjie and the city lights – every photo taken here is a masterpiece, no filters needed.
**Unforgettable Details:** Upon check-out, we received a complimentary handmade embroidered Atlas silk luggage tag from the hotel. It came with a 'Hand-drawn Map of Yining Alleyway Delicacies' – this thoughtful, personalized touch makes Yining Kunlun Hotel my absolute reason to return to Xinjiang!
