This hotel was chosen because it has Yining characteristics, beautiful environment, and is a 5-star hotel. After checking in, the experience was poor and the service at the front desk was mediocre. When I asked how to rent a bicycle to travel around the hotel, several staff members couldn't help me. I had to look around by myself. We couldn't find anything, but fortunately we met a lady Chang in front of the stage. She personally led us on a walk for about 10 minutes, and also taught us how to use shared bicycles. Her sincere service attitude is worthy of praise! In addition, the breakfast in this hotel is very poor, the employees are indifferent, there is a lot of garbage on the floor in the restaurant and no one cleans it up, and the omelette is placed on the plate early in the morning, cold. Xinjiang watermelon should be fresh and delicious, but the appearance in the store is very poor, which affects the appetite. When the breakfast was almost over, I packed up my car and set it out early, completely ignoring the fact that there were still guests dining. I have never seen a 5-star hotel like this, and this time it was really an eye-opener.
