The hotel is very new, the rooms are clean and tidy, parking is convenient, breakfast is rich, the reception is warm, the facilities are complete, washing and drying are available, the bedding is comfortable, and the price/performance ratio is very high. The environment is clean and tidy, the decoration is warm wooden color, it looks not fancy but very textured. There is also a parking lot in the courtyard that is very convenient for parking. The layout of the lobby area also has its own style and also provides self-service coffee, which is very relaxing and comfortable. A hotel with a high cost performance.

Room & Ambiance: The room was quite spacious and comfortable. They even provide complimentary coffee and tea bags for you to brew yourself.
Facilities: Super convenient! Electric scooters are available right downstairs, and it's only a few minutes from Delong. You can easily ride them all the way to Jiegao Port.
Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options.

Maybe there is no stay for a long time, the ground, bay windows, and the desktop are gray, but the waiter cleaned it the next day. And the bathroom door of my room cannot be closed. The overall situation is better and worth recommending.

Ccl1234During the Chinese New Year holiday, our family of four visited Ruili and stayed in an audio-visual twin room. The room was very spacious with a pleasant ambiance. The toiletries were spotless. The twin beds were particularly impressive, each a generous 1.5 meters wide, perfectly accommodating two children on a single bed! The front desk staff, especially the lady assisting us, was exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. Breakfast offered a generous spread, and the laundry facilities were very convenient. The hotel is conveniently located near all the tourist attractions. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip. My only regret is forgetting to take more photos – I only managed to snap one!

The service was excellent; they immediately went to buy things for me and brought them to my room – they were always very accommodating. The toiletries were of high quality and great value. There's a free hot spring pool in the backyard. The bedding was absolutely fantastic. The front desk thoughtfully provided a comprehensive kit with all sorts of necessities. The breakfast was nutritious and plentiful, and the projector and Wi-Fi signal were excellent. Highly recommended!

Advantages: The overall hotel style is avant-garde, the color is high-end, the supplies are also good, there are welcome fruits, the service is the receptionist on duty at the third check-in (reception, not management), enthusiastic, and the security guard is very good from check-in to check-out. The hotel is rich to have such employees.
Disadvantages: The front desk management is not good at handling problems.
The room smells strong, and the hair dryer and bath towel are placed in an unreasonable position.
There is no regulation on the opening hours of the public hot springs. After 12 o'clock in the evening, the children are very noisy in the hot springs, and there is no way to rest at all.

WWeiweinanxunVery satisfied! Because I came to see the national gate for tourism, the front desk upgraded me to an executive room. The room is very large and clean, and the floor-to-ceiling windows can see the opposite side 24 hours a day. I stayed for two nights. The location is very good. Going downstairs is the China-Myanmar border trade zone. The street stalls are very unique. The small national gate in the evening is much more lively than the big national gate. It is recommended to take a taxi as there are few buses. There are parking spaces. It is a very eye-catching building. There are special snacks near the scenic area, which is far from Ruili city. I slept very comfortably. The big brand of Arrow bathroom is very easy to use. The service is meticulous, and it is equipped with a sewing kit, matches, etc. The night light is always on. Breakfast is delivered to the door at 8:30. On the way back, I saw that the ID card was even put in a protective cover 👍🏻
