AAnonymous UserThe room was spacious, clean, and tidy, featuring an automatically heated toilet seat and a separate wet/dry bathroom. A humidifier and an oxygen machine were also provided, which were much appreciated, especially during a trip to Northwest China. The room itself was fully automated and smart. Breakfast was decent. The hotel offers a gym, a laundry room, and free parking, although the parking wasn't very convenient. Overall, it's excellent value for money!

The hotel service is excellent, and the goddess suite was upgraded for free during the peak season. The room is very warm and beautiful, with complete and modern facilities. The hotel management is standardized and safe, and you need to swipe your card to enter and exit the building. The breakfast is very good. The restaurant is not big but very warm, with rich varieties and good taste. I stayed for 2 consecutive days and felt very good. I highly recommend it.

As soon as you enter the hotel, you will find the lobby is spacious and bright, and the decoration style is full of atmosphere. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. When I checked in, she not only patiently introduced me to the breakfast and laundry room, but also kindly reminded me of the best time to visit the scenic area. Entering the room is even more satisfying. The layout is warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft and clean, the hygiene is also very good, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the toiletries are of good quality, and it is also thoughtfully equipped with a humidifier, which effectively alleviates the dryness of the plateau. What touched me most was the service details of the hotel. The breakfast has a rich variety, including both special Northwestern cuisine and light porridge to meet different tastes. The front desk staff first installed us on the top floor (5th floor), the floor-to-ceiling windows were fully closed, and the window was bare on the roof; after the request for a room change, the arranged room was facing the road, the train and car sound all night, noisy, difficult to sleep. The front desk staff is relatively cold and understandable. After all, we welcome the delivery every day, but we still hope to be enthusiastic. Why choose this brand hotel? It is because the city garden hotel in other places that have lived recently has good service, the staff is very enthusiastic and the environment is good. Facts have proved that oranges are oranges, and oranges are born in Huaibei.

Wwk_ham不建議住他家，訂的時候看離市中心距離不遠，覺得兩三公里不算啥，沒想到到了發現附近環境真的不行，很荒涼，看我圖片。格爾木又到處在修路，離吃飯的網紅店孔阿訇距離不遠但路很難走。訂的時候寫着市區免費接送，結果問前台直接説司機不在，沒法接送，而且絲毫沒有要解決的意思。旁邊的老闆樣子的説幫我們協調，晚點電話告知，結果就沒了音訊，打電話問前台，不知道是不是不清楚情況，直接不説話，多問幾句最後直接掛我電話。我？？？真的是完全沒有服務意識啊，太讓人不愉快了，白瞎了這麼好的硬件條件。最後找攜程才給解決的。避雷吧各位

GGuest UserI booked this while on a business trip. I didn't look carefully and booked a double room. The guy at the front desk was very nice and changed it to a twin room for free.
Facilities: The hotel facilities are very new. There is oxygen supply equipment in the room, so there is no need to buy oxygen cylinders. There is no need to worry about lack of oxygen and insomnia. This is a good point!
Hygiene: Hygiene is very good, the bathroom and room are cleaned very well. The breakfast is also good, with a wide variety of options and sufficient portions. I was worried about having nothing to eat because I woke up late.
Service: The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and recommended some places to eat in the town. Because of the tight schedule, I rushed back today and didn't have time to visit Chaka Salt Lake. If I have the chance to come next time, I will choose this place again.
