The environment is quiet and hygienic. The breakfast is very rich, and there are many kinds of food to choose from.
The hotel has a complete gym and tea room. The room facilities are quite high-end, and there is beautiful music in the bathroom. There is also a cute robot that can deliver takeaways to the room on time.
I especially need to praise the lady at the front desk who is very patient and professional. I am lucky to stay at Xi'an, thank you! 👍

GGuest UserI was pleasantly surprised to see Atour opened in Golmud, especially when I learned at the front desk that Atour in Golmud has spent millions to introduce unique hardware facilities to cope with the harsh climate of Golmud. Six constants: constant humidity, constant temperature, and constant oxygen combination, every day There are 200 million negative ions in the cube, and there is enough oxygen. When I leave this store, I feel that it is very different from the outside. Especially during the past few days in the northwest, I have been feeling a bit high and uncomfortable in my ears, nose and throat. The guests staying in this hotel are generally big shots who travel along the Qinghai-Tibet line, and they need hot water to wash and relieve fatigue. This is a management loophole and shortcoming of the hotel!

GGuest UserIt was my first time staying here. I saw good reviews online and decided to try it out. It was worth the trip. The service from the front desk sister was very good and enthusiastic. She responded to every request and answered the phone promptly. I have to give her a thumbs up. The room was spacious and bright, the bed was soft and comfortable, and it was very quiet. The fountain at the entrance of the hotel was also a plus!

GGuest UserI booked this while on a business trip. I didn't look carefully and booked a double room. The guy at the front desk was very nice and changed it to a twin room for free.
Facilities: The hotel facilities are very new. There is oxygen supply equipment in the room, so there is no need to buy oxygen cylinders. There is no need to worry about lack of oxygen and insomnia. This is a good point!
Hygiene: Hygiene is very good, the bathroom and room are cleaned very well. The breakfast is also good, with a wide variety of options and sufficient portions. I was worried about having nothing to eat because I woke up late.
