Hands down, the most unique hotel on the Qinghai-Gansu Loop! The butler, a lovely young lady, was incredibly helpful. We initially booked the wrong room type, and she patiently assisted us in sorting it out – though the front desk computer was a bit slow. We ended up in an RV, which, while not huge, was clean and cozy, equipped with a fridge, wardrobe, toilet, and shower. Even the shower gel and shampoo were from L'Occitane! Breakfast was a buffet with a decent variety. When we checked in yesterday, we also received vouchers for a slide experience and coffee. After breakfast, my friend and I tried the slide; it was both safe and exciting, though the only downside was the tiring climb up a steep dirt slope. There's a Nowwa Coffee in the hotel complex, and we got a 25 RMB voucher (for coffee or ice cream), but currently, they only serve coffee. An Americano, for example, didn't require any extra payment. The complex also has many beautiful green salt lakes, giving it a mini Qarhan Salt Lake vibe. Last night, as we checked in, the hotel was setting off fireworks and hosting a bonfire party. Unfortunately, by the time we finished checking in, the activities had already ended. We're continuing our Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop journey this afternoon, and I regret missing out on the desert bonfire. I hope to experience it next time! All in all, a very pleasant stay. The environment is great, and I really enjoyed the spacious RV. The camp's dining was also good, and they have an observation deck and a big slide. The bonfire at night created a wonderful atmosphere. Other room types also looked interesting; I'd love to come back and stay again if I get the chance. A flock of silly gulls often shows up waiting for food, working diligently morning and night.

The facilities inside the room are very complete, and the waiter also prepared earplugs and mosquito repellent for us. The details are full of care. The bedding of the twin bed is soft and tidy, and the zero-pressure mattress is used. The hardness is moderate, and the fatigue when lying on it will dissipate instantly. The quality of sleep at night is particularly good. The room is equipped with smart air conditioning, convenient temperature adjustment, no matter the weather can maintain a comfortable room temperature. The separate bathroom is designed to separate dry and wet, clean and tidy without odor, the bathroom facilities are complete, the hot water supply is stable and the water output is large, and the washing experience is very comfortable. In addition, the room is also equipped with basic daily necessities, neatly arranged, easy to use, really exquisite and practical. The most surprising thing is the view of the room. Open the tent door and the beautiful beach and lake water to drink tea in the sunset, watching the sun slowly fall, the stars and moon are really wonderful. The service is also impeccable, the staff is warm and intimate throughout the photo did not say back, by the way, turn around. Check-in is efficient and fast, and the staff will patiently explain the use of room facilities and surrounding play suggestions. There is any demand during the stay, the response is very timely, the service attitude is gentle and friendly, and people feel very kind. The daily cleaning work is done in place, the room is always clean and tidy, and the details are also handled well, making people feel at ease and comfortable.

The room was quite spacious, and the mattress, pillows, and duvet were all very comfortable. However, the water pressure from the sink faucet was very low, making it inconvenient to wash up. At night, a car in the back parking lot kept making noise, which disturbed my sleep.

The internal parking lot has an on-ground parking lot and an underground garage. It is very convenient. The little girl at the front desk recommends the hand-catching mutton shop. It is especially recommended. Thank you for recommending it.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The staff were gentle and attentive. They even delivered fruit and yogurt to the room, and breakfast was included, which I really enjoyed. It gets quite cold here in the mornings and evenings due to the large temperature difference between day and night, so I had to layer up. When checking out, the front desk attendant even gave me a gift.

The room is OK, the standard of a comfortable hotel, but it is not soundproof and too noisy. You can hear people talking outside. However, the service attitude of the front desk is very good, and they also gave souvenirs to the children. The children are very happy. The price in summer is definitely more expensive than usual. This cannot be avoided when traveling with children. It is very close to Chaka Salt Lake. The Sichuan restaurant next to the hotel is delicious

People with strong cleanliness obsession should consider it carefully; Environment: The view is pretty good. The grassland room type is in the first row, with no obstruction in front, and you can directly see the grassland and salt lake (but it is still a certain distance from the lake, not directly by the lake), but people who like the view can still consider it; Starry sky at night: It depends entirely on the weather. I couldn't see a single star that night, only clouds and the moon. Facilities: There is a projector (but you have to adjust the focus yourself and log in with a platform membership account, otherwise you can't see anything); the toilet is relatively small (no door, only a cloth), and the shower room is a separate wet area, which is okay, with stable water flow and temperature. Parking: You can park directly in front of the hotel; Others: The front desk is a bar, the atmosphere is good at night, but there is no experience. Nearby: Some restaurants are within a 10-minute walk, which is quite convenient.

I couldn't be happier with my choice of Chaka Jundao Hotel for this trip to Chaka Salt Lake! The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the salt lake scenic area, making travel very convenient. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and you can even visit the lively night market in the evening. The room was cozy, the bed was large and soft, and I slept soundly. The room was also spotlessly clean, and the basic amenities were complete.
