The hotel is located high up on a hill, offering great views on a clear day. It's also very close to Grindelwald station. Before check-in, the owner emailed me to fill out my personal information in advance, but it was a bit tricky to do, so I figured it would be easier to just fill it out at the front desk when I arrived. However, when I got there, the lady at the front desk was quite displeased and deliberately made me wait for a long time, claiming that if I had completed the online form beforehand, I wouldn't have caused such a delay. All in all, despite that, it's a charming local chalet with beautiful weather and scenery, making for a great experience.

It’s about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is not very far, but it’s a little tired if it rains with a suitcase. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the First cable car station, which is very convenient. The restaurant environment is also nothing to say, the service quality is very good ~ excellent experience, rich breakfast, worth the price, super recommended. If you like the mountains and the views, it's great. The service is excellent and the reception treatment is very pleasant. You have to keep in mind that you do not go to a luxurious hotel, you go to a mountain hotel, and it complies with everything: good heating, parking next door, restaurant, you have the railway to go up and down right next door, etc.
