Very hot on the top floor, no air conditioning

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the train station. They even provide a city transport card, allowing free bus travel and 50% off at attractions and museums. The decor is a bit dated, but all the basic facilities are there. A tram stop is right outside, which saved a lot of walking. There's also a large supermarket and food court nearby where you can find Thai and Middle Eastern cuisine at reasonable prices. The hotel is close to the road, and since I was on the first floor, I could feel vibrations when the tram passed by. However, after a long day of sightseeing, I still managed to get a good rest. I forgot to take pictures of the room. If convenience is a priority, this hotel offers good value for money.

Das Zimmer war modern und geräumig. Das Hotel ist z.Z. im Umbau. Manche Räume z.B. der Eingang/Essbereich sind provisorisch. Das ist in Ordnung, aber für den Zimmerpreis, der aufgerufen wird im Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sportlich, da es nicht wie ein gehobenes Hotel, sondern wie ein Hostel wirkt. Wir konnten unser Fenster auf dem Zimmer nicht öffnen und der Raum war extrem warm und stickig. Wir vermissten auch einen Kühlschrank. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und man erreicht mit der Tram direkt vor dem Hotel in wenigen Stationen das Zentrum. Das Frühstück war extrem hochwertig und sehr zu empfehlen. Das Hotel ist außerdem sehr Kinder- und Hundefreundlich, was uns gut gefallen hat. Optimal war der Garagenparkplatz direkt unter dem Hotel.

Comfortable room with fan provided. Hotel was a quick tram ride away from the main station. The pillows were very soft however; I was a solo traveller and able to take one more from the other bed, but others might not be able to do this.

Идеальное место для проживания. Самый центр, много кафе, баров, рядом мост с плавучей сценой. Сам отель очень чистый, удобный, безопасный, абсолютно новый на вид. Большие пространства для работы. Всегда есть вода, чай и кофе. Мне очень помогли девушке на ресепшн. Большое спасибо за чудесное место по хорошей цене.

The room is not very big, but it is very exquisite and the facilities are very new. It is very close to the venue, so it is very convenient to book. The cleaning is also very good, relatively quiet, and it is cleaned very well every day.

Pros: ✔ Clean, high-quality bed linen and towels. Cons: ❌ The apartment reeked of cigarette smoke, it seems previous guests smoked everywhere, despite strict no-smoking policy. This was very unpleasant.

The hotel was generally better than it was on the pictures it was very cool. It was a hard contact with the hotel owner because we didn't get access to BaselCard. The room is generally very clean and large and I am as happy as possible but the contact and the fact that you can enter and you have to leave without any concessions is not the best.

Nice easy check in compact room perfect for a couple of nights
