"I stayed here for the second time. Bc, Its very clean and tidy. People are nice and helpful. The location is perfect only 19 minute from airport by bus number 50. The bus is free bu Basel card. They dont have very rich breakfast but all the main foods are available. The good is fresh and breakfast hall also very clean.Thank you"

This hotel is great. The staff are very nice and helpful in every way. It has all the amenities that’s required for tourists and it’s very clean.. Breakfast was good no complaints here. They even have a QRCODE for a free ride on the tram or bus. how cool is that. They even called a taxi for us to take us to the Viking tor departure. We definitely recommend this hotel. Oh by the way it’s only five minutes walk to the center Basel..GREAT PLACE.

The hotel room is clean. We booked triple room and it is large enough for 3 of us. Location is strategic, just 2 stop from Basel SBB if you take tram 10 or 11. The breakfast is nice and taste well. Highly recommended. 😊

We were just passing through. It's a clean hotel with friendly staff. It was a hot day, so they took a window to our room. You don't have to pay for that. Everything else in the hotel was a bit pricey. But we had a great night!

This hotel follows the standard hotel model, with spacious rooms equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, and disposable slippers, just like hotels in China. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the service is excellent. The hotel's location is superb, offering easy access to the train station via tram lines 2 and 11. You can also catch a tram right outside the hotel to reach the Town Hall, Old Bridge, market, and art museum. There's a Coop supermarket downstairs, making shopping very convenient. I'd definitely consider staying at Pullman Basel Europe again if I have the chance!

Very close to the train station, which is super convenient. The room itself was quite small, and you had to switch elevators multiple times to get to it, which was a bit of a hassle. Everything else was just okay.

Great hotel and position! The only downside was the bathroom did emit a smell. It wasn't overpowering, just not pleasant. It's okay when the bathroom door is shut but still there when you open it. It didn't bother me a lot but it may be something others find uncomfortable. Otherwise, a great hotel with friendly staff and very comfortable.

The room was decent and offered good value for the price, especially the 1.6-meter bed which is rare at this price point. On the first day, there was a slight perfume smell in the room which I personally wasn't a fan of, but it dissipated quickly after turning on the air conditioning. As for breakfast, by Swiss standards, it was quite good. The serving hours were long enough that even late risers could still enjoy it. After booking, the email confirmation was almost instantaneous. We arrived in the early hours of the morning, but thankfully the front desk is 24-hour, so we were able to check in smoothly even in the middle of the night, which was a huge plus. The cleanliness was impeccable; the whole place was very tidy. The complimentary Basel Card was incredibly useful and saved us a lot on public transport.

My room was tidy and quiet, with comfortable beds and good storage space. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the availability of common areas to relax or get some work done.
