Excellent stay at Mövenpick Basel! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, explaining the city and providing a complimentary tram and bus day pass. The breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for the second time. Bc, Its very clean and tidy. People are nice and helpful. The location is perfect only 19 minute from airport by bus number 50. The bus is free bu Basel card. They dont have very rich breakfast but all the main foods are available. The good is fresh and breakfast hall also very clean.Thank you

This hotel is great. The staff are very nice and helpful in every way. It has all the amenities that’s required for tourists and it’s very clean.. Breakfast was good no complaints here. They even have a QRCODE for a free ride on the tram or bus. how cool is that. They even called a taxi for us to take us to the Viking tor departure. We definitely recommend this hotel. Oh by the way it’s only five minutes walk to the center Basel..GREAT PLACE.

Excellent hotel, all at height ... The room is spacious according to Switzerland's standards. Excellent location. Good breakfast.Issued Basel Card: free transportation and 50% discount in museums, theatres and almost everything.In the room the delicious Swiss apples waited for us. On the recession water and fruit every day.

The train track broke, and the train had to turn back, leaving me unexpectedly stranded in Basel. Luckily, this hotel was right outside the station. Everything about it was great: the service was warm and efficient, items were delivered promptly upon request, and the price was reasonable. The breakfast was quite comprehensive for a hotel in its category. What was even more surprising was finding out that many celebrities had stayed here, with numerous photos displayed on the restaurant walls. Thumbs up! 👍

This hotel follows the standard hotel model, with spacious rooms equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, and disposable slippers, just like hotels in China. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the service is excellent. The hotel's location is superb, offering easy access to the train station via tram lines 2 and 11. You can also catch a tram right outside the hotel to reach the Town Hall, Old Bridge, market, and art museum. There's a Coop supermarket downstairs, making shopping very convenient. I'd definitely consider staying at Pullman Basel Europe again if I have the chance!

We stayed for one night over the weekend in Basel. The location, right by the pedestrian zone, was perfect, but… It was a very hot weekend. The room temperature was unbearable, and there was no AC to regulate it. The fridge in the room was empty, no drinks for a minibar. Not even a bottle of water in the room, nothing. Just hot🥵🥵🥵… For an overnight stay costing over €220, plus €30 for the underground parking, and supposedly a 3 or 4-star category, this is completely unacceptable. This was by far the worst hotel stay of my life, and I’ve been to many hotels, both for work and leisure. Absolutely unacceptable, a total rip-off!!!

Basel is very small, just a 15-minute walk from the city center. This hotel is located on the edge of the city center, making it especially convenient for walking and public transportation. There is a beautiful lady at the front desk, gentle and polite. The room size is probably okay in Europe. Although the facilities are not new, they are very clean. There are capsule coffee in the room and the toiletries are provided by L'Occitane. The hotel is across the road from the Rhine, and there is a street behind the hotel similar to the bustling weekend market.

There is still some distance from basel sbb, about 8-10 minutes walking time, or two tram stops at the train station, which is much closer. Except that the location is not perfect, everything else is very satisfactory. I like the decoration style of the hotel. The rooms are also spacious. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the sanitary condition is also good. The breakfast choices are mainly bread, meat, scrambled eggs, dairy products, juice and coffee. The variety is enough for me.

Good location high floor and nice view from the room room is spacious enough. I like the free access to Business lounge (for certain room types) which provide some food for dinner.
