Amazing
AAlbertHuangPerfectly located just minutes from Grand Place, this aparthotel offers smartly-designed suites with full kitchenettes, washing/drying facilities and surprisingly quiet rooms despite the central location. Guests frequently praise the friendly, multilingual staff and the comfortable, clean accommodations. A few drawbacks: the shower/bath setup has a high step which some found awkward. Air-conditioning may be less effective in hot weather. If you’re comfortable with self-service amenities and want to stay in the heart of Brussels, this is a very solid choice.

SSomalyGreat Stay at Alma Hotel – Perfect Location and Friendly Service
It was my first time in Brussels, so I was looking for a hotel in a convenient location — and Alma Grand Place Hotel turned out to be the perfect choice. It’s just a short walk from Grand Place, surrounded by restaurants and many popular attractions.
From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. Ms. Alejandra was especially friendly and helpful. She took the time to recommend great local restaurants and patiently helped us find more places to explore during our stay.
The breakfast was also very good, offering a nice start to each day.
Overall, I’m very happy we chose Alma Hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Brussels for the first time.

Jjalanjalan2Hotel staff were friendly. Provided really good dinner options at chez Jacques that was really near hotel. Best to go early before dinner crowd. Breakfast is complimentary however it is basic and don't expect much. Room is small but manageable. Overall I would recommend this hotel for short term stay.

Ttraveller2963The hotel was very easy to find and well located as it was close to the metro station. The surrounding area was also very safe. The staff were very accommodating and allowed for early check-in. The availability of the rooms was very fast. They also noted my special requests, which I appreciated. The room was very spacious and matched the description. Good amenities such as mini fridge, cutlery/crockery, bathroom equipped with towels, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer. Also came with a tv. There was a breakfast option for €16 a day, but I chose to take advantage of the local cafes in the area. Also be aware there is no cleaning service as its sort of a studio system so you have to keep the room clean. I would have appreciate a little broom or dustpan so I could clean the floors a bit but not that big of an issue. The neighbours were very nice, no loud noises made it easy to sleep at night. The whole booking, check-in, and check out process was very easy with the key card system. The hotel was very modern, with some seating area downstairs and vending machines for snacks. It's also where breakfast was served. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend to all.

GGuest UserGood room, good location. However, the price for the room is too high, especially since there's no heating. The bathroom is warmed by a ceiling heater, so it's best to let it heat up before taking a shower; otherwise, it won't be comfortable.

GGuest UserThe Floris Arlequin Grand Place Hotel is a great city-break hotel in the 'Heart of the Heart of Europe'. Very well placed for both the bustling restaurants and bars, and also the magnificent historical sights of Brussels and the fantastic shopping streets. Surprisingly quiet and relaxing considering it being so close to the city centre area. Many popular attractions were nearby and the hotel is only a few minutes walk to the excellent public transport system should you wish to go further afield, like the Atomium.
Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Great big comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom with a powerful hot shower. The room had a handy mini fridge and a modern TV with streaming services. WiFi was also excellent
I did try the breakfast and while the continental elements were nice the cooked parts were a bit disappointing. The bacon was a bit overcooked and the sausage was the tinned hot-dog variety made worse by spending too long being kept warm. You would hope that being in a country with fantastic food and meat products you might find some proper breakfast sausages. A minor issue and other than that the rest of the breakfast selection was fine. The breakfast area was kept clean and the staff kept the self-service area stocked up.
If you want a convenient, clean and comfortable city break hotel within easy reach of everything Brussels has to offer I can highly recommend Floris Arlequin Grand Place Hotel.

AAims LiJust a place you need in the heart of the city that’s cheap for 1 night. Could have done with a bit more of a clean but it was quiet, dark and just what we needed for a night stay. There was construction going on next door but that didn’t really affect us. The team were accommodating. My only bug was having to pay €5 for luggage storage after staying there for a couple hours but I suppose the hotel was cheap enough. The food location right next door (My Tannour - Wolf) was fantastic!

GGuest UserThe hotel really surprised us! The family room was spacious we only used the sofa bed because it was larger, and our son sleeps with us in the same bed.
The sofa bed is very large and comfortable.
I didn't know the room would have a full kitchen, but it does - stove, fridge, cabinets, and microwave.
There's also a round table with four chairs, and it's quite big.
An excellent TV with local channels, YouTube, and Netflix. The location is wonderful - we didn't use the car at all, we walked everywhere.
Great restaurants just a few steps away.
All in all, this will always be our hotel whenever we go to Belgium. The hotel does not have car parking but has nearby private car parking and costs only 26 euros per day .car parking large and good .

CComer the roamerThe minor details of the lobby and room were decadent. My room was so colorful and full of character. My window was right above the major pedestrian street, so it loud constantly, and the street light illuminates brightly right outside my window. The building is old so they’re were some small legged creatures in my bathroom. The tv didn’t work and I’ll never understand a hotel bathroom with no hooks to hang your towel.
