Find 3-Star Hotels in Brussels

The hotel is location right next to the Christmas market so it's very convenient to get to. However, there are no nearby train station (within 10 mins walk) that leads to the Brussels main train station for the ride towards London, so be mindful of that when booking the hotel.

Location is just far enough from the city centre to not be too busy, but still close enough for everything to be walking distance. A lot of roadworks all around the hotel, however, so getting there took a little bit longer. We appreciated the early check-in very much, as we were only expecting to leave our luggage first as it was about 2.5 hours before check-in time so thank you for that. The thing is, when we got to the room, we noticed the duvet cover wasn’t as clean as one would expect, and there were visibly different strands of hair on it. So that was a bit off-putting, but we didn’t want to kick up a fuss as we were so tired from the early travel to get there that we just ignored it and rested for a little while. The breakfast spread could use a little bit more variety but was otherwise sufficient. The service was pleasant and attentive, so that in itself is a good reason to want to come back.

I highly recommended the hotel as the staff are very friendly & welcoming. The location is accessible. We’ll definitely book here again.

I booked a standard room for my business trip, but on my first night, I was given the tiniest room I have ever seen in my life which was very different from the pics. I asked for a room change right away, but they told me they were fully booked for the night. I was able to get a different room next day, but I honestly didnt think it was okay for them to give the small room to me the first night considering that I paid for a bigger room. The staff was all very friendly though.

The hotel is located just across from the train station Brussels Midi. The price is affordable. However, some of the staffs were not helpful, while others were. For examples: (1) I was next in line for check in but nobody helped me for 15 mins and when finally a staff asked me what I needed and then told me that the hotel was fully booked and the check-in was only available after 3 pm without checking their computer. But, I saw guests after me were all checked in (before 3 pm). So, I asked another staff if it was possible to check in earlier, and the answer was yes. How could they give different info? (2) I asked some ice cubes because my friend sprained his ankle, and she was very helpful and gave me a bag of ice cubes.

I booked this hotel at the last minute for a short trip to Brussels for an event.I arrived at night time so it took a while to get my bearings from De Bruckere metro station. I arrived tired and hungry so once I checked in,I got a quick shower to freshen up. Booked a single room (bed was slightly bigger than a single). Okay size for the time I was there. It had a patio door so could go outside if you smoke. Bathroom small but for what I needed perfect. There was even a hairdryer which was needed as my trousers had been washed before ai left home and were a bit damp and also for drying hair on the Sunday morning. A safe was in the room and a colour TV with a desk and chair. Foodwise,the information in the hotel booklet in the room needs to be updated as it stated breakfast was on the 7th floor. It wasn't it was on the ground floor then you had to go down a couple of lots of stairs so bear this in mind if wanting to eat breakfast in the hotel especially if disabled or you have mobility issues.Breakfast was scrambled egg,bacon,mushrooms,baked beans if you wanted a hot option. There was also a waffle machine,toast,cereals,yogurt,fruit and pastries with water,fruit juice and two hot drinks makers for tea,coggee and hot chocolate. Food was ok for setting me up for the rest of the day. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby selling a variety of different cuisines however the friterie a few doors up seemed to always be busy. Location wise about 6 minutes walk to the Grand Place and about 8-10 minutes to the Mannequin Pis. In the other direction about the same to the Place de Monnaie which has lots of shops like Uniqlo,Foot Locket,Primark,Decathlon etc. There is a Dunkin Donuts however there is only seating on the upstairs level and there is no lift. Found using the Beurs metro either no 4 or 10 useful for if getting the Eurostar from Brussels. Staff helpful as was able to leave my bags in the left luggage room whilst sightseeing on last day and helped with directions to get to South-Midi station. Only complaints if you can call them that are,lack of kettle in room for making a tea or coffee (much needed after a long journey),decoration in room needs a refresh as paint work chipped and looks like it has seen better days same with corridors away from hotel lobby.

Traveling to Brussels with friends, the location is very good, there is no problem with security. The front desk service is very good and very friendly to English speakers. The front desk entertainment facilities are complete, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the decoration is relatively new. The most cost-effective hotel in all European hotels I have stayed in.

I asked AI where to stay in brussels and it recommended this area . The hotel was right in the action, by the main station and the old town square. All the historical sites were close at hand. I'm really pleased I chose it.

I have stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Location: it’s very near center, I can access most of the popular landmarks in city by walking a few minutes. And it is a 13 mins walk to central station. It’s very convenient to travel to other cities in Belgium. And there are plenty of restaurants and an Asian supermarket is nearby. Hotel staffs: very nice and friendly, always helpful when I ask for help. And the housekeeper will say bonjour to us when we leave the room. Room: it’s rather small for a double room, can’t open 2 big luggages. The toilet is small too. No hot water kettle, we need to buy bottle of water everyday. This is a little bit inconvenient. But it’s ok for a short stay. The bed is comfortable but only has one thin pillow each, it’s difficult to lean on. It’s an economical choice for a short stay, and easy to approach by public transport.

Very scenic hotel with a collection of special things, paintings, etc. Excellent location, a stone's throw from the square. Simple breakfast but everything fresh and good; excellent strawberry jam in whole pieces. The breakfast room is enchanting. The cleanliness in the rooms left a little to be desired: dust on the doors and chairs, problems with the drain with a smelly return. The window did not close well and the heating was not sufficient. With small interventions and a little attention it could become an attraction in Brussels.
