The hotel should address this issue with an exterminator."

JJieNot far from the train station, but it is really difficult to find, you have to go through a short tunnel to reach. The boss said that in fact, there is a free shuttle bus to the train station at the door. Every 19 minutes, I really saw it. When I left at 10 o'clock in the morning, I waited for more than half an hour but none of the cars came. Breakfast and the room was not bad, the bathroom was small, a bit like the feeling in the cabin.

Warm and very welcoming owner. Attention to detail and customer well-being.
Spacious but rococo room equipped with all amenities (Air conditioning, bathrooms, etc.)
Hearty, varied continental breakfast in a magnificent setting (old cellar with 14th century vaulted ceilings).
In short, more than positive value for money.

Ggdraco9The surrounding environment was really nice. It's a country hotel in the forest where you can go for a walk and swim. The air is good and I highly recommend it for families. However, you have to go through the forest to get to the hotel, so be careful while driving as it's not possible to get to both directions. They charge for parking. The breakfast was really good. Thank you.

GGuest UserGreat location close to the centre but away from the noise. Front desk were friendly and I was able to store my bicycle, although a shame you have to pay extra for this. Bed was comfy and room has needed amenities. Breakfast options were a bit limited but well stocked considering how busy it got. I would stay here again if revisiting Bruges.

A little powder here and there and they had no bicycles available. But they were always super nice and available in advising us

When we headed to the hotel, there was a sticker on the door saying, ”We are arranging to stay at another hotel because it is under renovation” (as of early February).
I was surprised because I didn't contact you in advance, but I will arrive in about 10 minutes on foot to another hotel written there.
I was able to stay at an upgraded hotel without any problems and no additional charges, but I wanted you to inform me by email at least.

Colchon blando y poco cómodo. Había basura sin recoger del cliente anterior en la papelera del baño.
El ascensor solo se puede usar para subir el equipaje, las personas deben subir por unas escaleras incómodas y peligrosas.
