Amazing
RRaymond0328The hotel's front desk service was excellent – very polite, attentive, and patient. The room was exceptionally large, clean, and bright. The bathroom was also very spacious, equipped with a shower cap, hair shampoo, and body shampoo. The shower pressure was strong, and hot water was instant, no preheating needed. The location is incredibly convenient, super close to Kimyong and Lee Garden. Just a heads-up, you'll need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and conditioner.

LLi NadVery new hotel option for those who prefer to be close to Central Hat Yai, Asean Market, Greenway Night Market... all within walking distance. The room is cosy, clean and soooo comfortable. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are cleaned everyday and they provide complimentary 2 snacks, 2 juices/soda and 2 mineral water bottles everyday. As it is beside the busy road, it can be noisy for some (but they do provide earplugs) but no problem for us. They have about 4-5 private parking. The toilet has ample space for shower and refreshing shower gel and shampoo provided
BBSS.CHTNThe room was very spacious, clean, and well-organized. The bed was comfortable, and there's a kitchen area with a sink for washing dishes. The bathroom has a large bathtub with good hot and cold water. There's also a TV and a sofa, which is great for lounging. However, the building and the room itself are quite old.

Llawrance lyeThe price, location, cleanliness, layout etc, overall everything is decent and acceptable, location is perfect for me as it's not too near to Lee Garden side which is too crowded, yet it's not far, 3 minutes walk, same with Kim Yong market. Room is decent, with kettle, hairdryer, fridge, tv etc, place for luggage and hanging clothes, also has a balcony, nothing tip-top, just practical and doable, that's all I need, clean and comfy, ac and hot water ok.. For me this is a good place to stay as far as Hatyai is concern.. good budget hotel..

AAnonymous UserMalaysian to visits Hatyai, I'm suggesting you to stay here. The hotel is located at calm area (besides, there is Bangkok hospital nearby, but the ambulance siren is rarely hear). The room is biggest with balcony, fridge, wardrobe, tv, table, mirror and etc. Comfort bed, freezing aircooler. The staffs are friendly. Walking distance to nomjeen na Halal restaurant, amazon cafe, the biggest 7e in hatyai also big C extra supermarket. I really2 satisfied with this hotel staycation. Do book here.
GGuest UserThe hotel hygiene is well maintained. We love the ambience. If you need to shop, there’s a mini Big C store right infront of the hotel. Entrance for hotel is behind Big C.
There’s no lift, so the staff helped us to carry our luggage. We checked in late around 9pm and the staff on the duty at the receptionist that night wasn’t so friendly. Had the difficulty to communicate and gave us look when she was frustrated. The staff we meet earlier in the morning and during the checkout were nice and warm.
The TV was not a smart tv, so there’s only 3 news channel available. Tv remote control not functioning. The blind/curtain is see through.

GGuest UserThe hotel location is very strategic. Walkable to 7E Aloha Hotel, Kim Yong Market and Florida Night Market. Also located besides Angkana Tour@ Bus Pickup for KPB Express Bus. Room cleanliness is okay and they give us free upgrade to a room with a window but it's located at level 4 which got no lift. Quite hassle for guess with big luggage and many belongings. And at the receptionist area got some unpleasant smell everytime we passed by.

Ggiva8A cute hotel, clean and quiet, a bit of walk from Lee Gardens, around 10 minutes but lots of food along the way. Some temples and 7-11s too. The area itself is quiet but there's some restaurants nearby if u turn left of the hotel. And a good cafe next door.
GGuest UserThe staff were very friendly and the accommodation was clean. The only thing was that the dormitory room was on the third floor, so it was difficult to bring my luggage up there. It was nice that there was a shower and shampoo.

Llaosnewhorizons** A Simple Stay**
Nestled in the heart of the city, the Hotel offers a modest retreat for travelers seeking basic accommodations without the frills. During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair.
As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean.
One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience.
In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities.
Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.
