Find 2-Star Hotels in Hat Yai

unless it is 4-5 stars hotels, it is usual to find the hotel at the first time. while we uncertain if we arrive at this hotel (surrounding seems still under development/ abandoned) and stopped our car, hotel staff (”Pauline”) is so kind to come out from the building/ hotel lobby to confirm if we are here to check in .... and guide us to park at basement and even wait for us there. she then leads us to lobby by lift and guide us to the room.. really feel like a customer with such extraordinary services. room is equipped with all things you need to live like own home...very clean, beds are looks very comfort. to us, most important is water dispenser machine. thought the hotel seems a bit isolated but there is a nearby shopping area (Hatyai Village) which is just about 700-800m and can walk there for foods and etc. due to too rush in our trip, we forgot to bring power adapters and Pauline is kind enough to lend 2 to us. the hotel is located between Hatyai city center and Songkhla old town so it will be more convenient if you have your own car or you may need to get grabcar to travel around.

Whenever I go to Hat Yai, I always choose this hotel because the rooms are new and clean, the staff are polite and helpful, and there's a restaurant downstairs. Excellent service!

Malaysian to visits Hatyai, I'm suggesting you to stay here. The hotel is located at calm area (besides, there is Bangkok hospital nearby, but the ambulance siren is rarely hear). The room is biggest with balcony, fridge, wardrobe, tv, table, mirror and etc. Comfort bed, freezing aircooler. The staffs are friendly. Walking distance to nomjeen na Halal restaurant, amazon cafe, the biggest 7e in hatyai also big C extra supermarket. I really2 satisfied with this hotel staycation. Do book here.

The location is in Chinatown, with a food court right across the street. It's also not far from Kim Yong Market and Jackie Chan Noodles, about 200-300m or just two blocks away. Lee Garden is only 450m, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, with 7-Eleven just 10m downstairs. The room is clean, comfortable, and spacious, and even has a small balcony. The air conditioning is cold and refreshing; it felt amazing to relax in the hotel and have the AC on during the afternoon!

The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean. One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience. In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities. Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.

This place exceeds my expectation. Not only that it is located very near to Hatyai downtown (only one street away) but also the room is huge for 2, clean and comfortable. Plenty of natural light and easy access to the balcony. Definitely a good find! The access to food, shopping, and attractions is hard to beat. Very much reccomended!

A good store, a high-end store at the youth hostel level, a good store, high cost performance, it should be wise to choose here, I will go there again if I have the chance in the future, backpackers should not regret placing an order.

The design felt a bit like a prison, haha, with small windows facing the hallway and poor soundproofing. There's a shared workspace and a coffee shop next door. The stairs to the loft are a bit small, steep, and lack a handrail, so be careful.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was spacious, tidy, and equipped with everything I needed. The peaceful atmosphere made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

I had to stay in this location so as to visit a friend. Realise that to me at least, this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Not many bars/ restaurants close by. Regardless, to me the hotel represented great value for money. Great Airconditioning, coffee making facilities, bar fridge and good hot water. Two small negatives from my perspective, In many parts of Asia the bed consists of a bottom sheet yet no top sheet as was the case here. All you get supplied with is a fleecy blanket to cover you. In some other hotels- not this one, the blanket sometimes smells a little leading me to wonder if it gets washed every stay. This one was ok, but I love a top sheet ( first world problem I guess) I found it amusing that when I moved in the girls didn’t give me a key to the door. When I explained that I really wanted a key they explained that to get it I had to pay a $5 (100 baht) deposit. Weird, but no worries. Overall a good stay and would stay again if I ever wanted to be in the middle of nowhere!
