Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is so modern and staff is extremely friendly.
Location is quiet from city but 14min walk to the town is still acceptable.
There's one 711 that's is 4min walking away.
The room is clean and neat.
Not recommended for elderly or toddler need stroller as the hotel don't have lift. Apart from that all is good!
GGuest UserThis place is well maintained in a leafy surroundings with excellent hosts. An in-house kitchen serves local delicacies and staff go way out of their way to help guests. Rooms r as described in photos and aircon worked.
Biggest downside for this place is location which is in a rough suburb infested with rabid dogs on street. These r not just one or two but tens of them pouncing on people walking / riding.
Getting a grab is also difficult from here as address is a bit ambiguous. Roads leading to this location flood during heave rains so be careful and reach there well before it gets dark. Good for a short getaway but not if u want city conveniences or relying on public transport.
AAnonymous UserMalaysian to visits Hatyai, I'm suggesting you to stay here. The hotel is located at calm area (besides, there is Bangkok hospital nearby, but the ambulance siren is rarely hear). The room is biggest with balcony, fridge, wardrobe, tv, table, mirror and etc. Comfort bed, freezing aircooler. The staffs are friendly. Walking distance to nomjeen na Halal restaurant, amazon cafe, the biggest 7e in hatyai also big C extra supermarket. I really2 satisfied with this hotel staycation. Do book here.
GGuest UserI recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Hat Yai, Thailand(P-RESIDENCE) 💕 😘 and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of exploring.
The hotel’s location was very convenient, with easy access to local markets, restaurants, and popular attractions. Transportation was also easily available, which made getting around the city simple and stress-free. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast selection, which offered a great mix of local Thai flavors and international dishes, all freshly prepared.
What stood out the most was the overall atmosphere of the hotel—peaceful, relaxing, and well-maintained. The facilities, including the lobby and common areas, were always clean and inviting. Overall, the service, comfort, and value exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hat Yai and look forward to staying here again in the future.

RRey RonnachaiCleanliness needs to be improve.
Ants can be seen in bedroom & toilet. Plenty of mosquitos inside toilet.
If I have the spray I would kill all. 🤣
Aircond & water heater work perfectly.
Near to town and plenty of amenities & restaurants nearby.
Overall is fine. Perfect location.

Very Good
YYuki JungThe bed is a bit too close to the ceiling, so I can't sleep well because of the noise upstairs. There is no tissue paper in the room except for the bathroom. The room is beautifully decorated, much smaller than the picture.... The air conditioner is very cold, but the water is hot all the time. The sink is slow to flow!!! Overall, it's quite good. The price is this much!
GGuest UserThe staff were very friendly and the accommodation was clean. The only thing was that the dormitory room was on the third floor, so it was difficult to bring my luggage up there. It was nice that there was a shower and shampoo.

Llaosnewhorizons** A Simple Stay**
Nestled in the heart of the city, the Hotel offers a modest retreat for travelers seeking basic accommodations without the frills. During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair.
As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean.
One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience.
In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities.
Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.
