The capsule hotel is managed by an elderly couple. The reviews were mixed, between they're being nice vs being mean. What about how I thought? ”They're being very kind and trying hard to run the business for travellers convenience”. It's never easy to run businesses and it's not a charity so some may think if youre in business you should be at least act like a pro. For those who said that..then can you be one nice customer to the business owners? Not to forget..they're elderly, yet they did their best to help you with your stay with certain in house rules, which is manageable by the crowds they're having - solo/friends travellers - gamersalike Personally chat and understand that they're constantly tired and wired to the place and it's a very tiring job. Leave some kindness to the world and be kind to people around us, you will find wonderfulness. The rest I'll leave it up to yourself to judge.

The room was clean and comfortable. All the basic facilities were provided. They even had mahjong and arcade games available for guest to enjoy.

Receptionist was welcoming and pleasant to talk with, room was decently well maintained (Didn't take pictures) and it felt okay to good for a night's stay. Nearby is Paradigm Mall where the picture was the DipnDip chocolate crepe that I bought, delicious 😋

Service was good no doubt but the hotel amenities were in very bad condition without maintenance listing some points 1. Electronic Door Lock Faulty no Battery hence need to use Manual Key each time 2.Aircon Leaking puddle of water in the middle of the night 3. Shower Glass door was loose and can be dangerous 4. Dirty Curtains with yellowish stains 5. No Room Cleaning was done 6. The beds spring are damaged

Location is excellent but locating the unit took great effort, several calls to owner still couldn't get his staff to fatch us. Ask around several shops there and no one knows. Thanks to the security staff who knows the staff and bring us to him. The room equipped with TV and set up box with remote control not functioning. Despite the above the staff is friendly and good. Most important the bed is clean and comfortable.

Drop by to find place to stay one night and found this is my right choice. Clean and easy access also parked my car just right in front of this studio room. Highly recommended for those who looking for fast process 10⭐️

Pay peanuts get monkey lor. Well actually I was in a non window room which is at the ground level. This place is old but it is not dirty. Location wise, okla. Bcos i took a bus there and the bus stop is just a walking distance away from the hotel. This hotel is in between two massage centres. And a bit of walking there’s a coffee shop for breakfast. Quiet crowded. The downside of my room is operator put mothballs in the room which is quiet hazardous to health. I hope they can remove the mothballs. Since my room has no window, i couldnt get fresh air. Out of no way i had to put on mask to sleep.

The window of the room cannot be opened, and there is a very strong smell of perfume, which is particularly strong. And at night there is a man with long hair who will knock on the door of the room, which is very scary.
