IIrvin Jonah CheungThe hotel is located in a quieter area of Taman Mount Austin, but it is still within walkable distance to places like Nanyang Street and other locations.
The hotel is newly renovated, and their basic amenities are sufficient. For the price of S$40/night in 2025, this hotel is considered to be at the lower range, but it offers a very good standard of cleanliness, careful details, and the general comfort is assured!
Attached are some pictures of my single room with a king-size bed with windows!

AAnonymous UserInteresting hotel hidden in a small corner, taken care by an elderly couple. The lady gave us a room tours and explained to us on the house rules as well as the use of the toilets. The pod iteself is interesting and feel clean. There are different setup depending on your objective..a simple night sleep or to game the night away

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the JS Hotel and, while the location was convenient, the overall experience left something to be desired. The hotel felt a bit outdated, and the rooms could use some attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Itās clear that the property could benefit from a refresh to improve its comfort and appeal.
On the positive side, the hotel is within walking distance of Aeon Shopping Mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. Thereās also a convenience store right outside, making it easy to grab essentials.
Overall, if you're just looking for a basic, no-frills place to stay in a prime location, JS Hotel could work. However, if you're looking for a more modern or well-maintained experience, you might want to explore other options.

KKim TourI got trouble when check in is my room on app showing we have refrigerators, but when we receive room no have , and i going down to ask reception but he said this hotel never got contract together with trip.com , ask me if want refrigerator need to paid for room bigger will get it . We no have choice then paid for 120Rm for room tripple tonget refrigerator.

FFesciniLocation is excellent but locating the unit took great effort, several calls to owner still couldn't get his staff to fatch us. Ask around several shops there and no one knows. Thanks to the security staff who knows the staff and bring us to him. The room equipped with TV and set up box with remote control not functioning. Despite the above the staff is friendly and good. Most important the bed is clean and comfortable.

GGuest UserThe window of the room cannot be opened, and there is a very strong smell of perfume, which is particularly strong. And at night there is a man with long hair who will knock on the door of the room, which is very scary.
