Traveling to Penang makes it more convenient and easy. The homestay is overall good 👍. Only the water heater in one room needs to be repaired.

I was very satisfied with my overall experience at this hotel! First and foremost, the most convenient aspect was the airport transfer service. The driver was punctual and friendly, making the journey from the airport to the hotel very smooth. I didn't have to worry about transportation or getting lost at all. This service is truly thoughtful, especially for first-time visitors to the city. The hotel's hygiene was also quite impressive. Whether it was the lobby, elevators, or inside the rooms, everything was meticulously cleaned, and the air was fresh with no unpleasant odors. The bed in the room was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and all the towels and amenities were well-stocked, making for a very reassuring stay. The daily cleaning service was also excellent; the staff would proactively clean and replenish daily necessities. The location was also fantastic. The hotel is situated in a very convenient area with many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. You can easily find food or daily essentials within a short walk. Whether you want to try local specialties or just grab a quick meal, it's incredibly easy. Moreover, the hotel is not far from shopping malls and public transportation, making it convenient for taking a taxi or public bus.

The owner contacted me proactively the day before and provided check-in details. Unfortunately, there was an error with the check-in information, and I arrived after 1 AM. I couldn't reach the owner at all. Therefore, if you need to check in late at night, I recommend finding accommodation with a 24-hour front desk.

I went to Bayan Lepas and choose this staying due nearest to Bukit Jsmbul Complex and easy walk around for food and shopping.Recommended😃
