GiuseppeSimoneA beautiful Ryokan in the nature, the housewife very friendly and available for every request.
The spacious and clean rooms, the bathrooms for boys and girls are always clean and in order with the possibility of making a hot bath at the end of the day.
The breakfast was very good and tasteful in the morning, and we were very good.

Date of Stay: January 24-25
Number of Guests/Purpose: 2 people, Sightseeing
Overall Rating: B
Pros:
* The room was clean and looked exactly like the photos.
* Wi-Fi was available.
* Check-in was smooth.
* Rental service for boots and umbrellas was provided.
* Came with tickets for touring Kinosaki Onsen, and the room had a convenient onsen set for taking out.
* There are private baths within the building.
Cons:
* The room felt a bit old.
* At night, hotel staff were loudly arguing outside the annex, which left a bad impression.
Location/Surroundings:
* About a 10-minute walk from the station. It felt a bit of a walk, but being in the center of the onsen town made access to all hot springs excellent.
Host's Service:
* Friendly and good service.
Summary:
Considering the price and location, it was good. However, it's not somewhere I'd definitely want to stay again, but rather I'd be interested in trying other ryokans next time.

One of the cheaper options in Kinosaki Onsen. The rooms are clean and functional. The biggest downside was the water pump right outside of our window, which could be heard the whole night. The shared facilities were generally well equipped, but we missed a washing machine to do our laundry.

Guest UserIt seems that it has just been renovated, and the room is new and has a scent of wood. It seems that the town is encouraging literature, and there are several novels in the room. The dining room was beautiful and the food was very delicious. The landlady was also a friendly person, and it was very good to get information about the outdoor hot spring tour, the walking course, and the ropeway.

It is attached to the one-day hot spring facility and will be used until 21:00 with day trip guests. If I chose the time zone, it was Saturdays and Sundays, but it wasn't so crowded and I slowly put it in the hot springs.
After 21 o'clock, it was a bathing time for only guests.
The hot water was trottro in the alkaline hot spring.
It was a blissful time to see the double cherry blossoms from the open-air bath. The food was seasonal and local, and the dinner was especially delicious!
I was able to relax and refresh. I want to go again.

Everything was good, but when I tried to pay the additional amount when checking out, they told me to pay even the room price I paid in advance when making the reservation, saying it was a 'tax'. After 5 minutes of us checking and finding out, they suddenly said to themselves, ”Oh,” and told me the amount to pay again. It was so
At first, I thought it was a mistake, but when I thought about it, I saw that in Japan, even for small mistakes, they apologize repeatedly and say Moshiwake Gozaimasu, but the employee never said a single word of gomennasai.
Are we Mistake? So, I guess we just said Hi My Steak and that because we are foreigners, we tried to eat the cash by ourselves, but if you read the review, don't live such a pitiful life. Really.
And if you are a foreigner who wants to go here, beware of the guy wearing glasses who looks like the manager.
