AAnonymous UserService is very nice and helpful. I got a lot of tips that were very valuable to me. Near the metro line. Shower is provided only for women with excellent cosmetics for people who care for the skin. I recommend. If I ever welcome to Osaka, I'll be sure to come back.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located near Shin-Imamiya Station, close to a large Don Quijote shopping center, making it very convenient for buying souvenirs. The rooms are new, and the bathroom features a separate shower and toilet, which is quite rare. The first-floor common area is spacious, with a coffee machine and luggage scale available. The front desk staff are also very friendly, making it a great choice for accommodation.

The facilities are comprehensive, including a microwave, stove, cooking utensils, a laundry cabinet, detergent, and a refrigerator – everything you need. The location is quiet, near a school district. There's a large supermarket nearby, and you can walk to the Tsutenkaku commercial area. Getting to and from Kansai Airport is also very convenient, with a direct route requiring no transfers, which is extremely handy.

XXihuachaoluochenhuakaiIt's clear this hostel primarily caters to Japanese locals, especially since it even has a public bath ♨. Also, be warned: if you don't check out on time, they charge an extra 1000 yen per hour! 😨😨😨 After two hours, the cost is almost as much as a night's stay, so guests really need to keep that in mind when checking in! The location is indeed excellent 👍 and feels very safe 👍. The sleeping space might be a bit small, but I was genuinely surprised and impressed that even in such a tiny area, there was a TV with headphones! 📺 The common areas are very spacious, and the seating is comfortable; there's even a sofa and reading nook. There's also a kitchen where you can order food. The bathrooms have a washer and dryer, though only one of each. I used them in the morning and didn't have to wait.

DDanielUKI ended my stay early for a couple of reasons. One; the mattress in my pod was too short and my feet hung off the and. I’m nearly 6 foot. Also, the guy in the pod next to me was snoring very, very loudly all night. Sue the manager kindly let me switch to another pod but I was still uncomfortable so she allowed me to check out early. Also, the place is very cramped and cluttered. Stuff everywhere. It just didn’t suit me. But Sue was unbelievably helpful, kind and understanding.

GGuest UserThe capsule rooms were spacious and clean, and the common areas nice as well, but maybe a little small. You could get coffee and tea for free. There was a water machine for hot and cold water for ramen or to fill up your water bottle. The shower rooms were split for different genders, and were clean and stocked with hair dryers and free toothbrush + tooth paste kit. The showers were clean and were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. They even offered free face mask in exchange for a review. This hotel is super well located.

GGuest UserStayed in standard twin shared toilet room from 20 - 22 June 2026 2 nights for MYR180 and 14-15 June 2026 1 night for RM57. Highly recommended for solo travellers as the hotel is clean, convenient, walking distance to Shin Imamiya Nankai Line station, Shin Imamiya JR Osaka Loop and Dobutsumae / Tennoji Zoo Metro Station (Interchange for 2 metro lines). Nitori, Donki, many hotels and some eateries are also within walking distance. Shower room is at ground floor and gender-separated. There are 4 shower cells with high privacy and 3 washing basins. Washing machine and drying machine is inside the shower room and you can pay by coin or apps. There is a common area at lobby with toilets, microwave oven, electronic kettle and kitchen basin. No water refill machine is provided, I need to buy water bottle at convenience store nearby. The room is very clean and comfortable, it comes with Wi-fi, air conditioner, smart TV (need to pay for certain programme), small fridge, 2 sockets for charging phone and window. There is toilet at every floor. After booking, you will receive email to pre register your particulars, upload passport photo and selfie photo. Then you will receive QR code. On arrival, you need to scan the QR code pasted at entrance by typing your name. One set of password will be generated for you to enter the entrance, your room and shower room. Receptionist only work at counter from 9 - 6pm. You can store luggage before check in but cannot store luggage after check out. Check in time is 3pm while check out is 9am. Overall I am very satisfied with the hotel and will definitely come back in future.

GGuest UserFirst hotel once touched down in Osaka. It was great as they allow early check in which is so so grateful and thankful for after a long flight due to long layover time. The staff is friendly and nice. But there’s one disturbing thing is every morning around 7/8/9 am, there will be door banging constantly and I assumed it’s the cleaning process which need to open some kind of room constantly. It was quite disturbing as it awakes me almost everyday. There’s the only downside. Other than that, location is great with walking distance to Tsutentaku and near to Zoo and Museum. It’s quite comfortable and will be perfect without the banging noise. Might hesitant to book again due to the noise as a light sleeper. Hope it can be improved in future. Overall, great stay and it’s near to a great luggage storage shop which named Daikoku Locker. Extremely cheap and easy to store,

LLandoXThe hostel is conveniently located near the metro station. The area outside is a bit like a bar street, but once you step into the hostel, it feels new, modern, clean, and comfortable. There are several common areas on the ground floor and upstairs, which are great for chatting, using your phone, or working. They also have a shared kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. The dorm room had a bit of a strange smell, but it felt clean. The beds were spacious enough for a comfortable sleep, and each bed had its own private locker.

AAsia Traveler from GERI stayed at a hotel in Osaka and had a mixed experience. The staff were very nice, always polite and willing to assist, which made me feel welcome. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the main sights and transportation. However, the cleanliness of the hotel could have been better. Some areas did not feel as well maintained as they should, which was a little disappointing. The amenities were just average, functional but not impressive. Overall, the hotel was fine for a short stay, thanks to the friendly staff and good location, but it would benefit from improvements in cleanliness and facilities.
