The owner (limited English) answered the driver's call but responded to me on WeChat in Chinese I could translate, and he provided the outside and room codes. The main worker had good English and asked me to send a picture of my passport. While she did not understand registering me with the local police as a foreigner, the owner did that when I asked him to.
