We stayed in the Brigh Radiance for 6 nights. It was a very nice experience. The front desk lady LanLan was helpful and super friendly. Other staff members in the lobby and the 2nd floor restaurant are nice too. The hotel has a wonderful location with the beautiful ocean view. The food and the restaurant in the hotel are nice too. The hotel provides water, juice, snacks and has everything we needed including the sewing kit. Great location, nice staff and good food!

Overall, I was very satisfied. I checked in late at night and arrived at the hotel at 1 a.m. The front desk sent me a small gift and water. I was very tired. The check-in was very fast and did not delay my rest at all. The house was very clean and the room type was upgraded for free. The bathroom was very large, with dry and wet separation, and the experience was very good. I enjoyed breakfast the next day. There were not many varieties, but the quality was good. The two-day trip was very pleasant. I was very comfortable and slept well when I returned to the hotel. The only flaw was that the WiFi was always disconnected in the last half day, but it was not a big deal. I will choose it next time. Thank you for the small gift from the front desk. You can also order takeout and deliver it to the room. Basically, you can meet all your requests. Thank you very much.

Taking advantage of the May Day holiday to take the children out for a walk, at the request of my daughter, the hotel requires a bathtub and a tent. For a family with two children, the bed must be big enough. After choosing for a long time, I feel that only Fulitai International Hotel meets the requirements and the price is reasonable. We arrived at 10 o'clock on the day of check-in. I thought we would have to wait until 2 o'clock to check in, but I didn't expect Niu Xueping and Liu Yanhui at the front desk to check us in enthusiastically and upgrade us to a big-mouthed monkey theme room for free. As soon as we entered the guest room, Xiaoqing from the housekeeping depar**ent brought fruits and yogurt in time. Because there were more of us and the water consumption was relatively large, Xiaohong and Xiaona from the housekeeping depar**ent brought us mineral water and quilts, which was really meticulous care. Breakfast was what the two little ghosts looked forward to the most. I met the enthusiastic aunt Wang Li again, who kept helping the children get things and also took my favorite American for me. When the children were reluctant to check out, they said that they would stay in this hotel next time they come to Yantai. Just when they were about to leave, they received a gift from Uncle Li Xiaocheng. It was such a surprise. The children were very happy and said that they would give this hotel 120 points. After staying in so many hotels, this hotel really impressed us. This is a warm hotel with just the right service temperature. Thanks to Niu Xueqing, Liu Yanhui, Xiaoqing, Xiaohong, Xiaona, Wang Li, and Li Xiaocheng for bringing the children wonderful memories.

We are Koreans. The accommodation for our trip was the best. This is Yeontae's best hotel. The staff's attitude is kind and always smiles. They gave us a late check-out. It feels good for a comfortable trip Especially Molly and Lisa was very kind. I'll visit here again.

Overall happy with the stay, service was somewhat good and where we asked for things they would do it quickly. I have an allergy to gluten and milk and I asked the manager and then the next few days they would bring out special bread and ham for me. On the downside the hotel offers a pool table inside but when we went to go on it they were charging 40RMB per hour which is very steep. Should be free considering it’s a 5 star hotel, plus they have mini carts outside which you can rent but they wanted 300RMB per hour!! I almost fell over when they said that. They had about 30 of them outside and not a single one was being used, should be much cheaper or affordable. Just a note if you speak Chinese it helps as you can haggle on price for pool table and get to use it free. Only one or two of the staff speak some English, most do not so just a warning for the English speaking, just use translate. Location is ok but quite a way to get to a more busier part for relaxing at. We were there for business and location was good for this. Breakfast was too busy every time we went down we had to go looking for a table if there were any free so that’s a downside. If you go in the busy period in July then be warned.

It is very close to the high-speed rail station and Wanda Plaza, about a 10-minute drive away. The transportation is convenient and it is also convenient for shopping. The location is good. The mountain view room has a beautiful mountain view and the service is warm and thoughtful.

Hospitality Yantai, the scenery is beautiful, the room is very clean, the cleaning aunt is enthusiastic, and the front office students are enthusiastic during their stay. The room is spacious, the children have a lot of fun, the hotel staff are very helpful! Recommend everyone to come to Yantai for vacation, considerate The service made us feel like home. The hotel floor was sung, but the rest of the bedding and facilities are good. There are RT Mart and Joey Mall nearby and the tourist spots are close. Also, the boss is so friendly. The candy at the front desk is so delicious. I'm going to stay for one night. 2 Big ^^

The front desk staff ZY at the Westin Yantai Hotel was warm and thoughtful, actively solving our problems. The hotel environment was also very warm and the location was very convenient to the airport. The overall facilities and equipment in the room were also great. I will stay here again next time
