I like the style and the cleanliness is also good. It is worth mentioning that the mattress and latex pillow are very comfortable to sleep on. When I left, my wife bought a pair of pillows from the boss to take home. The room is all brand new. My stay at Hilton Yantai Golden Coast was fantastic! Winnie at the front desk was so friendly and efficient with the check-in process, and she patiently answered all my questions. The room offered a superb ocean view, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly overlooking the sea – watching the sunset in the evening was incredibly therapeutic. The breakfast buffet had a rich variety of options, with both Chinese and Western dishes available, and the local specialties were delicious. I was very satisfied with the food. The hotel is very close to the beach, making it convenient for walks. The overall environment is clean and quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Yantai.

We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 AM, and since our room wasn't ready yet, Xiao Wu and her colleague at the front desk promptly offered us fruit and pastries, and helped us get settled as quickly as possible. The next morning, we had an early high-speed train to catch, so when we got to the restaurant before 6:30 AM, everything was already prepared. The staff already knew we needed a packed breakfast and proactively handed us takeaway boxes. This stay truly made me feel right at home.

This room offers incredible value for money! I stayed here for a night on my way back through Yantai. I booked this small suite, and unfortunately, I arrived too late to enjoy the afternoon tea or the pool. However, the complimentary clam digging tools were a nice touch! This hotel also offers check-in services, making it a great option for business travelers. The room itself was fantastic, well-equipped, and even though there were residential buildings in front, it didn't prevent me from enjoying a breathtaking ocean sunrise from the room. Highly recommend!

This guesthouse is quite unique, not only for its distinctive architectural style, which is very photogenic, but also for the stunning views outside the building. Both the balcony and rooftop offer direct views of the Bohai Sea. Right across from the guesthouse entrance, you'll find the beach and one of the attractions, the sea cave. Watching the tide come in during the morning, recede in the afternoon, and listening to the waves at night is absolutely amazing. Walking along the coastal path to the east (turning right) for a few minutes will take you to Yupibian, and in about ten minutes, you'll reach the popular internet-famous attraction, Zhangdao. However, I highly recommend walking west (turning left) from the guesthouse entrance along the coastal path. The scenery is endless, and most importantly, there are fewer people because many tourists take shuttle buses between attractions, but the truly beautiful views are along the way. Finding a large rock to sit on and gazing at the clear, azure sea is incredibly relaxing. What I really want to say is that the guesthouse's environment and location are probably the best on the island. Besides that, the service is also excellent. The room is fully equipped, and the housekeeper is very helpful. They will contact you in advance to confirm your license plate number so they can pre-authorize your vehicle's access to the island (non-island vehicles and unapproved vehicles cannot enter the island). On our return trip to the airport, it happened to be raining, and ordering a Didi (ride-hailing service) directly would mean having to take a shuttle bus first to the pick-up point (off the island). After learning about our situation, the housekeeper helped us arrange an airport transfer car and confirmed the price in advance (which was very reasonable). The housekeeper also helps carry your luggage to your room and assists with luggage when you check out. The restaurant contracted by the guesthouse, both inside and out, also serves delicious food with fresh ingredients. I recommend checking out group deals on Dianping or ** as they are quite cost-effective, though à la carte prices are also decent. Breakfast is served in the cafe and is similar to a typical home-style breakfast, with soy milk, various steamed buns, porridge, eggs, and other Chinese dishes. I will definitely stay here again next time. This guesthouse has a great environment, excellent location, and wonderful service, and the sea across from it is beautiful too.

The room was very clean, the amenities were functional, and the decor was exquisite. The service was especially excellent. My room was located near the main road, and I was concerned about the noise, so the front desk immediately moved me to a room across the street facing the parking lot, which was very quiet. I accidentally took a pair of small scissors with me when I left. The front desk called and said I should pay the fee, but they later waived it. It was very nice! 👍 I just forgot to take a photo.

The room size was just right, enough for two adults and two children to sleep comfortably. This hotel seems to be one of the better ones in Yantai; prices can increase two to three times during holidays. I saw it was around 300+ normally, but during May Day, it jumped to 800-1000 RMB. Their food is excellent, very clean and delicious. We visited Tianyue Bay in the afternoon and Penglai Pavilion in the evening. What really stood out was how friendly and cheerful the staff were, which made us feel very welcome. We had a minor issue during our stay, and Manager Li Ling handled it perfectly. I would definitely consider staying at this chain hotel again if I visit in the future.

Staying at The Westin Yantai with my two-year-old, the overall experience exceeded my expectations! The hotel facilities are very new, and the decor is simple yet elegant. The sea-view room offered expansive views, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the ocean, perfect for enjoying the sunrise in the morning. The famous Heavenly Bed lived up to its reputation for comfort, ensuring a full night's sleep. The heated infinity pool on the 6th floor is definitely a highlight; the water quality is excellent, and there's a shallow area for kids, which my little one absolutely loved. The breakfast selection is rich and varied; I highly recommend their signature beef noodles, and there are also local specialties, great for children. The staff were all very kind and responsive to our needs. A friendly tip: The hotel is located in Bajiaowan, quite a distance from the city center, so driving is the most convenient option. For the best views, I suggest booking a high-floor room. It's perfect for those looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway or catching a flight. My trip to Yantai was incredibly fulfilling, largely thanks to the thoughtful service and support from the Hilton Yantai Golden Coast. The family room we booked was excellent; the east-facing bathroom, being sun-drenched, perfectly addressed the issue of drying clothes in the humid weather. It was absolutely perfect and deserves to be highlighted first! Secondly, the hotel's dining facilities and scenic views are top-notch. They provide convenient access for guests arriving by car, ensuring there's no feeling of awkwardness or constraint, which is also a big plus. Especially as someone who worked in hotel management years ago, I particularly appreciate, from a guest's perspective, the comfort and satisfaction derived from the actions of managers and service staff. This also deserves praise! Furthermore, the smiling and attentive service from the hotel's room floor staff was spot on. They anticipated guests' needs without being intrusive. The provision of drinking water and linens was timely and plentiful, truly showcasing the excellent management of the Hilton group. It lives up to its reputation. Finally, the hotel's location in the old city is very convenient, being close to Yantai Mountain Scenic Area, Chaoyang Street, and the First Bathing Beach. It's also centrally located for trips east to Laishan and Yangma Island, or west to Golden Beach. It's not far from the high-speed rail station either. Aside from potential traffic when leaving, everything else is great. Nearby, the Changyu Museum and Clock Museum are worth a visit, and for dining, I recommend Fulaigi. In summary, although my Yantai trip ended a day early due to unforeseen circumstances, even after the order status was modified, the hotel's dedication to guest satisfaction was truly commendable!
