Th is is the best, cleanest backpackers warehouse i had ever stayed. The bed is clean, no itchiness when sleeping, the toilet and bathroom are clean as well. The location is ideal, only 2 minutes walk from night market and central market bus station. For service wise, the couple owners provide a polite and warm service to all the guests by introducing every part of the warehouse and help providing guide around taitung. This is a comfortable warehouse for all, you will feel safe, welcomed and satisfy. Overall a 100/100

The hostess was kind and Taitung was relaxing and fun. I will go there again next time. The breakfast was delicious. I rarely stay in a B&B and get such amazing service. Thank you for the hostess's hospitality (attached is a photo of the beautiful night view on the mountain).

Location close to dive spots but not super accessible if you don’t have your own transportation. It’s a 15-20mins ride from the pier and 5-7mins from the food street. It’s probably one of the biggest minsu around the area with both private, shared and glamping options. Communication was easy with the minsu on LINE and we made prior arrangements for transportation and luggage transfer early on. They can also help book ferry and other activities for you. We enjoyed the shared spaces and there’s a fridge you can store your food in the common area. While there’s no gym, we appreciated that there were some free weights in the kitchen area - abit awkward working out with everyone looking but it’s definitely better than nothing. Made for a good workout after our half day dives. Also, they allowed us to come back to shower after check out which was a huge huge plus. Only small complaint was that we wished we had more bath and toilet towels because they didn’t dry easy.

I highly recommend this hotel for all travellers, especially foreigners - note I was a self-drive so the location wasn't an issue. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a lovely young lady who came outside to show me my car space. Her equally-lovely colleague then assisted in checking me in and making me feel very welcome. I was given a map of the local area and some suggested eating spots. They also helped in charging my phone. The girls' spoke enough English to help me, and the breakfast at a nearby cafe was great. The room was exactly what I needed - a very clean room, comfortable bed, and nice warm shower. I am going to stay again next time I visit beautiful Taiwan.

The cat is adorable and enjoys friendly interactions with visitors. It appears that the room lacks soundproofing. Due to ongoing construction in the neighboring building, some noise may be audible. The electric mirror in the bathroom is impressive as it remains warm and prevents water condensation. However, the bathroom fan is a bit noisy, and the hair dryer produces a strong gust of wind. Additionally, the internet password in the room is not easily discernible.

From the moment I arrived, this accommodation exuded comfort. The booking process was straightforward, and my inquiries were answered promptly and kindly. The meticulous attention to detail, from check-in to check-out, and the respect for the guests' time, was truly impressive. The surrounding scenery and air were incredibly clear and refreshing. Thanks to this, even a morning stroll felt incredibly healing. The breakfast was also excellent value for money and very satisfying. The cleanliness was impeccably maintained, making for a worry-free stay. This wasn't just a place to sleep; it was an accommodation that made the entire trip a joyful experience. If I visit this area again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose it once more.

Relax Chamber in Green Island, Taiwan, offers an incredibly welcoming stay, starting with excellent arrival service. I really appreciated that they offer to take your luggage straight to the location, and having someone waiting for you right as you get off the ferry makes the arrival completely stress-free. The property itself is a bit difficult to find without help and is about a 9-minute scooter ride away, so their arrival assistance is definitely needed. While the host is very friendly, English speakers should keep in mind that there is a bit of a language barrier. It could use some improvement as it was a bit difficult to get English help or local recommendations, but it's still a wonderful place to stay if you come prepared with a translation app.

The homestay is located in the place where it takes less than three minutes to walk out of the Chishang Railway Station. It is next to 7-11. There are also many snack bars, ice shops and beverage shops nearby, which is very convenient. The service staff (butler) is very friendly and kind. At the beginning of check-in, there are very clear guidelines and assistance. The room conditions encountered in the follow-up, and every demand raised, can also help communicate and solve problems as much as possible. The room retains the trunk, also provides log bed frames, and the design of the upper and lower bunks, which makes the children at home feel very novel and exciting. Although the bed board is old, the wood chips will fall off and some cracks along the bed are easy to cut. The bathroom is a simpler and non-separate curtain facilities, not suitable for placing clothes will spray wet, and it is inconvenient to use. In addition, there may be a small external window inside (it can be seen that it may be a patio or a fire lane) that is easier to attract insects. It is recommended that you can increase screens in the future, or pay more attention to housekeeping cleaning, which is better. Of course, these shortcomings may also be the main reason for the cheaper backpacker inn. Finally, I would like to thank the housekeeper for providing a lot of travel food suggestions.

The editor's online conversation was very enthusiastic and sincere, but the male employee who received us on site had a blank expression 🫥 and no emotional introduction. I thought I was still in Taipei, but we asked enthusiastically and excitedly. Other than that, the overall environment was generally good. If you are afraid of noise, please be careful. The train is right next to you and will still come in and stop very late, and the sound will be amplified.

Very uncomfortable bed. There was a spider in the bedroom. The bedsheets and the blanket always felt humid, so not nice at all. The bathroom floor was covered in water after showering… could be improved with a shower curtain or sth. The whole structure is quite old but I guess it’s what you get for a cheaper option. Also I was a bit concerned because there is no key, no lockers, no door key, and the main door is always open for guests. And there are quite many people coming and going, staying in other rooms upstairs. I would have preferred some level of security for valuables. They provide car pick-up and drop-off at the pier with the car. You can rent a e-bike from them for 600ntd/day (e-bike for foreigners without international license), it is quite expensive but I’ve called other rental shops and they said the same price… the lady also gave me a raincoat at least!
