Cleanliness- excellent. The room is clean n dust free which is important for me due yo my allergies. Location- excellent. It is a short walking distant to the entrance gate of the scenic area. Surrounding the hotel has many eateries which are less than 1 minute of walking. This makes dinning easier for a solo traveller. Services- excellent. The owner helped to arrange transport to pick me up upon arrival at the railway station and also for departure. The owner also helped to hang my washed clothes to dry when I was late to pick up my washed clothes. The owner also advised me on places to visit and even shares a plate of melon she bought. Every morning, I was greeted with big smile from the owner which made my day sunny. Overall, it was ab excellent stay. Highly recommended.

In the morning, the owner drove me to the scenic area entrance. After I came down the mountain, I called him, and he delivered my luggage to the station. Along the way, I met many people who had booked hotels elsewhere for their Fanjingshan trip. My feeling is that it's best to get up early because the mountain is incredibly congested. Fanjingshan is very beautiful; I'll definitely come back again sometime.

The environment here is fantastic, with a babbling brook in the front and lush mountains in the back. The proprietress is lovely, very easygoing, and provides excellent service. She even gave us some homemade beer! You can also host parties right on the premises.

I am so grateful for everything they helped me with while I was here. They answered all my questions, helped me with menus, even took me to buy tickets. They are a friendly and really kind family ❤️ My room was nice and spacious with a big, firm but comfortable bed. The bathroom had a rain head on the shower which was bliss. Nice, big fluffy towels too! I ate at their restaurant each night which I enjoyed. The food was good. I could do my washing and hang it in my room which dried it overnight. Only a few hundred metres from the main East Gate of Fanjingshan. Plenty of shops around including restaurants, convenience stores and souvenir shops too. The complimentary breakfast was really good too. I hope to come back here and will stay here again!

Location is best in town, The service is good, the owner of this hotel helped me a lot for my transportation from Guiyang to this hotel, she even help me buy the car pool ticket and then I pay her back when I check in. About this hotel room, This is not the hotel I booked and it’s totally different name! the actual name of this hotel 天福大酒店is another name which has lower rating in Trip.com It’s an old hotel, majority of the room are old, only small quantity is slightly renovated. Bathroom is not clean, towels has smell. I don’t sleep peacefully in this room. I check out and move to another hotel.

The service was super satisfied. I called and said that I arrived very late. The boss also recommended us to eat, and then came to pick us up at the door. I went to Fanjing Mountain the next morning. He also specially explained that he would not drive. He would send us there. After going down the mountain, he picked us up at the exit and returned to the hotel. I was really satisfied.
