The hotel stay was very satisfactory. Every staff member I met from check-in to check-out was very enthusiastic. The front desk lady always greeted me with a smile every time I passed by. Both the room bedding and hardware facilities were very new. The front desk upgraded our room for free to experience the view room type directly. The hotel is very close to the scenic spot and the transportation is very convenient. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. I will choose this hotel again next time if I have the chance!

This is a gem of a bed and breakfast establishment. We were upgraded to a family style room upon arrival. The room was very large for the two of us. The room was located on the third floor and there is no elevator, but the host graciously carried our luggage to our room. The proximity of the accommodation to the Fangjian Mountain enables us to reach the park area before most other tourists coming from the nearby cities. We were already on our way down the mountain when we see the huge lines of people waiting for the buses and cable cars to come into the park. The accommodation itself is quite impressive. The host and hostess did a good job of renovating to include all the modern amenities of a 5 stars hotel. I would definitely recommend this place!

Although a good location and a nice room, the hotel is not equipped to host foreign guests. There is a lack of willingness to help. When you ask for help in booking a taxi, they give you a number and tell you to do it yourself. This is not the service I expect from a hotel at that price. I have never encountered a hotel so unwilling to help in any way. They did not help us to buy tickets for the mountain (which considering they are next to, is the one service they should provide! Every other hotel we have visited on our tour has helped us with attraction tickets). Foreigners cannot buy tickets without a Chinese ID. However, the hotel insisted we buy advance tickets, so we got a friend to help us instead. This was the wrong information: we were able to buy tickets on the day and could not use a friend’s ID! It is unacceptable to have such little information about the one tourist site next door; the only reason guests are staying in this remote location. Our check-in also took longer than usual, and breakfast is apparently a ‘tour group’ style breakfast voucher. All in all, a disappointing stay. However as the hotel has a great location and nice rooms, this is easily fixable.

The environment of the entire B&B is excellent. It can be seen that the owner is very attentive and the design is decent and tasteful. Auntie's cooking skills are absolutely amazing. The young girls and young men are very attentive and gentle in their service, which matches the style of his family very well. The only regret is that it has been raining this time, which affected the overall mood and experience. This B&B is definitely a highlight of this trip. Please check the weather forecast next time you have a chance.

This is Seven Letters’ new store in Fanjingshan. I think the price-performance ratio is extremely high. It is a new store with new clean and sanitary facilities. It is spacious, bright and has good air. Although it is not at the foot of Mount Fanjing, the glass-clear river in front of the door is definitely a beautiful scenery. Therefore, the hardware is completely acceptable. 9.9 points (0.1 is modest). As for software services, you don’t have to choose. The customer service lady will call and add WeChat a few days in advance, and send PDFs of surrounding tours and food for guests’ reference. She will also warmly remind you about things to pay attention to when purchasing tickets and reserving ropeways at Mount Fanjing. , mine clearance and lightning protection without stepping on pitfalls, and the service is absolutely considerate. Welcome fruits are placed in the room before check-in, and there is mung bean soup to relieve summer heat in the evening. This 10-point customer service lady definitely deserves the award. As for the breakfast, it was pretty good, quite rich and delicious. The only regret is that the weather was too cool when we went there and we couldn't enjoy the private pool on the top floor. Otherwise, the children would swim in it and the adults could lie on the swaying round bed and see through the transparent glass roof. It wouldn't be too comfortable! This design is really nice! If you're going to visit Fanjingshan, I highly recommend this place! The mountain is kind of inconvenient to get to, but this hotel is within 10 mins of it, and the owner can take you to the entrance. Lovely family that runs this place, and they do a great job of accommodating to make sure you have a nice stay. Also, located next to a beautiful stretch of the river that you can go swimmimg in. Perfect for a hot summer's day!

Environment: The balcony of the room can see the mountain and the air is fresh. Our room is close to the road and there will be cars passing by, but the room near the river is quieter. The hotel environment is good, like a small garden. Service: Very good. Butler service, our butler Xiao Qin was very thoughtful and patient from the beginning of check-in, introduced the scenic spot to us, helped to take the luggage to the room, and booked a free shuttle bus to and from Fanjing Mountain. The shuttle driver's attitude is also very good, familiar with the route, and drives smoothly.

More than once, I chose Sanqiu B&B. The experience is full. Every time I stay, I can feel the comfortable service. The manager’s sister is beautiful and kind and super enthusiastic. She will explain and introduce you to the surrounding tourist attractions and other things with super patience. The hotel atmosphere is super good! The environment is also great, the photos are super filmed, the room is very clean, the main price is not expensive, the price is super high! I will come to play next time!
