The room is clean, spacious. The Internet works, all the facilities. Booked a room with a view to the city (26 floor). Two rooms living room, kitchen, toilet and shower. The room was very warm, sleeping with open windows in the living room. The toilet was not pleasant in the scent of the sewer (most likely because they did not use water for a long time). And when the ventilation was included in the toilet, all the flavours that could be felt (and the smell of food from other rooms, etc.), but in general everything liked.

A decent hotel for a short stay. Within walking distance of both the bus and train stations, and about 10 minutes by car to the city center. Recently renovated. Rooms have windows (some don’t), and each one has its own extractor fan and AC. The shower is just a drain in the floor with no curtain or enclosure, so water gets everywhere nearby. The drains do smell a bit — that’s normal for this place, just keep the door closed. Bedding is clean. Rooms have the basics for a night’s stay. TV only gets Chinese channels, and without a VIP subscription you can’t even watch Life with Kanas. The owner is always on-site and happy to help with any issues — they’ll sort you out right away.

Очень гостеприимная и отзывчивая, всегда готова помочь, рассказать и подсказать.Из минусов — лишь разовый случай, когда с верхнего этажа через вытяжку пошёл запах сигаретного дыма. Но это было единично. В целом всё супер, вернёмся сюда снова!

After comparing several hotels for this trip, I finally chose this one, and the overall stay exceeded my expectations. The parking, which was my biggest concern, was excellent. The hotel has its own parking area with plenty of spaces, so no worries about not finding a spot – that immediately earned my high praise! The front desk service absolutely deserves special commendation! The staff were consistently polite and gentle throughout. Check-in and check-out were very fast. They patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, whether about local directions, dining, taxis, or invoicing. The service was attentive and efficient, and they were genuinely sincere and not perfunctory – you could really feel their dedication. Room hygiene is my most important criterion for judging a hotel, and this one was absolutely spotless. The cleaning staff were incredibly meticulous; there was no dust on the floor, windowsills, crevices, or bedside table corners, and the desktop was wiped to a gleaming, stain-free finish. The bedding is changed for each guest, it was flat, clean, and odorless. The mattress was just right, neither too soft nor too firm, and there were two types of pillows, one high and one low, making it incredibly relaxing to lie down. After a long day, I quickly fell asleep. The entire room was well-ventilated, and the dry/wet separation in the bathroom was very well-designed. The vanity mirror was free of water stains and grime, and the toilet and shower area were perfectly clean with no odors. Hot water was available instantly and the water pressure was stable, making for a great shower experience. Toiletries were fully stocked, so I didn't need to bring my own. The attention to detail in hygiene was outstanding. The room layout was reasonable and didn't feel cramped. The lighting brightness was adjustable, and there were charging outlets next to the bed, which was super convenient for charging phones and laptops. All essential facilities were available, meeting all my daily needs. The hotel's overall environment was quiet and tidy, and the location was very convenient. It was easy to get a taxi, and the front desk could even help call one, which was a thoughtful touch. The value for money is far superior to other hotels in the same price range. The prices are affordable, and you get meticulous and thoughtful service for a flat rate – absolutely amazing value. My entire stay was flawless, with every small detail showing the hotel's careful management. The staff were uniformly friendly, hygiene standards were strict, and the facilities were comprehensive. Parking, accommodation, and service were all top-notch. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I'm back in the area, and I recommend it to friends traveling for business or leisure – you can book with confidence, no disappointments here!

I was quite satisfied when I first arrived, and planned to extend my stay in Heihe after two days. However, various small details ruined everything, so I had to change hotels early the next morning. ▶ Bottled water is only provided in sets of two; you can buy more at the front desk for 1 yuan a bottle, which isn't expensive. ▶ The laundry room only has one washing machine and one dryer. Although the machines are free to use, you have to buy laundry detergent at the front desk! 5 yuan a pack! Hahaha~ (The dryer takes a very long time to dry; several summer clothes were still soaking wet after two hours.) What a waste! ▶ The hotel breakfast was about the level of a village guesthouse, and it was all very cold. Luckily, I spotted a microwave to heat things up. ▶ The security guard in his uniform collecting tickets and the owner-like staff in the restaurant created an atmosphere that made you want to escape. ▶There are slow-charging stations in the parking lot outside the hotel, which is convenient, but the price is 2 yuan per kilowatt-hour. Regular fast charging stations are normal at 1.5 yuan, 1 yuan is a bargain, and anything over 2 yuan is the tourist area price. ●Around 9 am, we had just finished breakfast and returned to unpack when someone ”knocked twice and quickly opened the door with their room card.” Hey! We were still inside! They said they needed to take some measurements, why the rush? Room facilities issues: ▶The shower in our room only had a ceiling shower, and the bottom of the door leaked. Luckily, we used a floor mat, otherwise it would have been completely wet. It seemed separate, but it was actually all water. ▶The bath towels were regular towels, but the face towels were disposable washcloths. What am I supposed to use to dry my hair if I want to wash it separately? (I can only use the bath towel, then carefully hang it to dry, and then use it to dry myself in the shower later 😭) …I'll stop here. ➽The hotel was almost entirely filled with Russians on Saturday night. I think we came to the wrong place... A price of just over 100 yuan isn't super cheap in Heihe, maybe my expectations were too high~

It was an okay stay. As a foreigner who doesn't smoke the smell of cigarettes is everywhere  it seems. It was definitely in the room and on the towels, bedding etc. Just be aware that Taxis are both Ride Shares using DiDi App so if you get them while ordering a DiDi don't expect to pay the set price. They will charge more off meter or charge standard rate to go to the Train Station. I was charged 80 yuan and 50 yuan on two different occasions. One rate to get to the hotel and then a different one to go back to the train station!!!

The room was clean and tidy, and the decor was beautiful. The front desk staff were very welcoming. We were traveling with elderly relatives, which was inconvenient, and they kindly arranged for us to stay on the first floor; we were very grateful. The hotel's location was also good, on the road to the Wudalianchi scenic area. It has a small courtyard, and parking was very convenient. Unfortunately, I forgot to take any pictures.

The place on the three, it is a very budget option, you can choose if you want to save very much on the trip. Not far from the shopping street and the embankment. It is in the depth of the yard. On the lower floors of the windows come out on the buildings and roofs. Hotel is old, furniture too, beds are hard. The bed is clean. The appearance of the room leaves you wish the best. The water in the shower flows from 2 holes of all 😅 Hot water did not find 🙈 It was hot, it was cold 🤭 There is an air conditioner in the room. They clean the room. There is a wifi but it does not download anything 😅 If you get out of the yard, there will be a market and shops at once.

Highly recommend Heihe Ocean Sophia Hotel! The location is excellent, walking distance to the pedestrian street, Heilongjiang River and night market, it is especially convenient to travel for food. The rooms are spotless, clean and refreshing, the staff is warm and caring, the small turtle in the lobby is very special, and the first choice for visiting Heihe is to stay here.

The room is OK, the parking is convenient, the accommodation is quiet, the environment is good, the surrounding eating and shopping is very convenient, the breakfast is rich, the taste is delicious, it is worth staying at this hotel again!
