The lobby is elegant and Zen-like, with a subtle tea aroma that creates a wonderful atmosphere. The room is clean, bright, and odor-free. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the latex pillows are designed to support the neck, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet area, and the white tea-scented toiletries are pleasant. The facilities are complete and easy to use. The front desk service is gentle, attentive, and efficient. The location is convenient and makes travel hassle-free. It offers excellent value for money and is suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely stay here again!

AAnonymous UserWhat a delightful stay we had at this hotel in Heihe! The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. They offer complimentary laundry facilities, and the staff were kind enough to help operate them, which was a huge convenience. It truly felt like a home away from home. Breakfast was excellent too, with a great variety including milk, pastries, and fruits that my child absolutely loved. We'll definitely be returning on our next visit!

SSERGEY KAZANOVFound this hotel in TRIPE, having seen reviews, photos and locations, decided to stop here. Nice surprised the room. Very clean, neat, with snowy beds. Nice, polite staff. I wish that a transfer to the bus station and waiting station is organized. Let these facilities not far, but with bags it is difficult to get to. From big pluses - there is a transfer from the airport! Another wish: I wish there were cafes with a kitchen adapted for Russians next to it. General estimate for hotel 10 out of 10!

AAshley HoOverall is a good stay. I would think they are quite sticky. When I ask for water in the morning they say I said I need pay since I am checking out. So far all the hotel I stayed do give us water even we are checking out.
So far so good. It’s the biggest hotel in Nenjiang area. Breakfast mostly local flavor. Automatic curtain and have 2 cubicles and the sink outside so you each do your own stuff without needing to wait for others to finish.
Overall, it’s it’s still 8/10.

Seeing that we brought children, they took the initiative to upgrade the family room. The hotel was once glorious. The room is spacious and clean. There is a small shop at the door, which is very convenient for buying things. If you stay at the hotel, you can go to the plank road next to Bailong Lake to watch the sunset at night. It is super beautiful. I highly recommend it. There were many people when we went to Erlongquan to fetch water in the morning. It is recommended that hotel guests go to fetch water in the evening. There is no one around.

The rooms were all intelligent equipment, intelligent curtains, very nice, the hotel location was very convenient, 5 minutes drive from the attractions, surrounding restaurants, barbecues are also very much! The hotel is very clean, it can be seen that the bedding and bath products are brand new, the hotel owner is also very good, patiently let us introduce delicious, fun!
