There's a dumpling shop and a grocery store nearby. There are also Russian restaurants in the center. It's convenient that there's a laundry room (free with detergent), but the washing machine and dryer don't work well. The staff is nice and helpful. We had an egg and coffee for breakfast, but the selection isn't great and they're more for Chinese guests. We upgraded our room for an extra fee.

The hotel's first-floor supermarket was well-stocked with many local specialties and daily necessities, which was very helpful for tourists. However, the saleswoman's business acumen needed improvement; she didn't know the answers to many questions, but she was honest and straightforward, admitting what she didn't know and not trying to deceive customers.
