It’s good. The rooms seem a little dated but ok. We’d stay here again, nearby there are some great places to eat, close to the East station and it’s a well done hotel. The baggage service and room service was very good. The front desk can smile more; it seemed an effort to give me a second room key. Also the question of “will you keep your room key or give it to us if you go out?” This is just weird. Recommend the hotpot chicken 200m away, very good.

When I came to Cangzhou, I chose this hotel near the highway exit. The landscaping is very good, the hotel environment is very beautiful, there are many leisure seating areas in the corridor, the rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel is very close to the Grand Canal Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Area and the Dahua Industrial Heritage Cultural Area. The hotel's breakfast is particularly rich, with many categories, including special lamb intestine soup and donkey meat fire. The hotel also offers afternoon tea, and the business bar on the second floor has fruit snacks and tea. The hotel has an underground parking garage, which can go directly to the lobby from the basement. The check-in experience is very good.

Service: The hotel's service is enthusiastic, very thoughtful and meticulous, and you can feel the hotel's professional training. Wang Xiaorong and Yang Jie at the front desk are very efficient! Also free late check-out until 14:00 pm.
Cleanliness: The guest room is large in size, and the waiter cleans it very well, and also provides fruits and snacks. Very heartwarming
Facilities: Although some are a bit old, they are fully equipped. And the service staff made me feel warm and at home, which is not so important!
Environment: The environment is elegant and the lobby is clean and tidy. There is also a tea and snack area that can be used for free.
Location: Less than 10 minutes by taxi from the high-speed rail station and 5 minutes' walk from the Convention and Exhibition Center. It’s really convenient and the first choice for business trips!

Tianyue Grand Hotel is definitely going into my list of top hotels i’ve stayed at thus far. The ambience of the hotel was great, the environment was nice, breakfast had a good spread & more importantly the service and hospitality here was incredible. The staff who attended to me went above and beyond to make this stay feel like home & I’ve really not come across any hotel with such service. Moreover, there are also complimentary fruit bowls, light snacks & wantons provided for guests throughout the duration of your stay. After checkout, the staff also gave some light snacks and drinks as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, it was a memorable stay & I 10/10 would recommend this hotel to any travellers coming to Cangzhou.

This was a high end luxury hotel decades ago. Now the time has taken its toll. Walking on the thick carpet on the hallway, you can easily imagine how marvelous it must be twenty years ago. Now the equipments are kinda of out dated. There is no restaurants or stores in walking distance. The hotel staffs are all very nice and helpful. The rooms are much bigger than those of the newer hotels at this price range, and they have many toiletterias, even two shower robes. If you are ok to take taxi or didi (Chinese Uber) all three time, this hotel is a good choice.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious, clean and tidy. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. As soon as I arrived in the room, the robot brought hot milk and fruit. There is also free laundry. The waiter is very enthusiastic. The surrounding transportation and dining are very convenient. I recommend 0317 Hot Pot Chicken and Fried Tiger from Zhongda Youtiao, which are not far from the hotel. They are very good and the waiters are very enthusiastic.

GGuest UserThe most satisfying hotel for the May Day trip, especially when other B&Bs and hotels have doubled or tripled their prices, the cost-effectiveness of this hotel's facilities and services is simply touching. The twin rooms are all 1.35 meters, large and comfortable, with two kinds of pillows to choose from. The afternoon tea, supper and breakfast are very heartwarming and rich in variety. The shower room in the room has background music, which makes people relax. Parking is also convenient. The meals in the western restaurant are also very affordable, but unfortunately I don't have time to taste them. Treasure hotel!

AAnonymous UserAll the way back from Qingzhou, the hotel booked in Qingzhou is difficult to say, expensive and poor. Here is 8 o'clock in the evening, I feel the warm service as soon as I enter the door, the fatigue on the journey is halved, and I feel that I have chosen the right hotel. There is a tea break in the lounge area at the door and a children's entertainment area. The whole house is small and smart, clean and bright, and soundproof. Don't worry about passing passengers affecting sleep. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, LED makeup front mirror, and the price is super high. The facilities are complete and free parking. I also sent a small gift before leaving, which is some snacks. The praise is not because there will be snacks, but because from the beginning of the door to check in, the respect and attention to the guests are those insignificant small details, which makes people feel the warmth. Next time I pass by Cangzhou , I will come again.

The waiters were friendly and patient in explaining any questions. But I didn't have time to take pictures because I left after staying for one day. Oh, by the way, the sound insulation is a little poor
