This hotel is really great. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The biggest surprise was the robot service! I ordered takeout late at night because I was hungry, and the little guy took the elevator all the way to my door. It was so convenient, a true godsend for lazy people like me. The hotel also has charging stations, so if you're driving an electric car, you don't have to worry at all. You can just park and charge, which is incredibly convenient. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, I feel like I made the right choice, and I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in town.

Tianyue Grand Hotel is definitely going into my list of top hotels i’ve stayed at thus far. The ambience of the hotel was great, the environment was nice, breakfast had a good spread & more importantly the service and hospitality here was incredible. The staff who attended to me went above and beyond to make this stay feel like home & I’ve really not come across any hotel with such service. Moreover, there are also complimentary fruit bowls, light snacks & wantons provided for guests throughout the duration of your stay. After checkout, the staff also gave some light snacks and drinks as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, it was a memorable stay & I 10/10 would recommend this hotel to any travellers coming to Cangzhou.

The hotel is located right within the park, so it's quiet and comfortable for sleeping at night. In the morning, after checking out, you can just stroll directly into the large park. The twin beds can be pushed together, which is convenient if you're traveling with kids, so I recommend it for families.

Upon entering the room, I was struck by its cleanliness and tidiness. The large floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light, and the room was equipped with a work desk, making it ideal for working. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the down pillows and memory foam pillows were excellent. Highly recommended!

Who knows the family! I found this treasure hotel, from the warm reception at the front desk when I checked in, to the intimate help to upgrade the room type, to the departure of the next day, the whole process makes people feel cared for. Next time I travel, I will definitely choose here! The overall decoration style of the hotel is simple, but the room is particularly well lit, the bedding is moderately soft and hard, and a super comfortable sleep relieves the fatigue of the day. The parking lot is particularly convenient to enter and exit. It is2.5 kilometers away from Nanchuan Building.

This stay at the hotel was a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, cozy, and well soundproofed. All the hotel staff were very enthusiastic, attentive, and their service attitude was excellent. They were all professional and friendly, making me unhesitantly give a five-star review!

Good location right across a mall. The place seems to be quite desolated but not sure if it is because it’s a small city in the first place. Rooms are spacey but personally not a fan of carpet floors. Toilet and bathroom is separated which is nice. On the top floor there’s a seafood teriyaki buffet and it has a great selection at a good price! Worth going

This hotel has a great experience, the location is excellent and the travel is very convenient, the environment is clean and tidy, the room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and sleeps particularly well. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in efficiency is very high, and the attitude is kind and intimate. The toiletries are complete, the facilities are complete and intact, the sound insulation effect is also good, the overall price is very high, the stay is very comfortable, the next trip will choose here, I really recommend everyone to stay!

This price is very cost-effective, the temperature in the room is also very high, I have not eaten breakfast, I don’t know how to go out, there is a supermarket, I have to walk a few hundred meters to eat, the hotel network is often stuck, and the aunt who has lived for a long time is also more relaxed than just beginning. The water in the room is 3-4 in the front of the big bucket with seals, and the seals in the back are not. I have not drunk the big bucket of water. The overall situation is ok without the price increase.

The room was spacious, odor-free, and fully automated. The receptionist was very pretty, spoke gently, and had a great attitude! The hotel's location is also good; there's a shopping mall and a night market next door, but I didn't have time to shop because of my business trip. I'll definitely choose Zhefei again next time I'm on a business trip.
