"The location is very convenient, right in front of Zoo-mae Station and within walking distance to Tennoji. The room was very simple, just a tatami mat. My room had ventilation, but the heater wasn't working, so the room was quite cold. The restroom was shared by both genders, and there was only one... The shower situation was the most inconvenient. Women could only use the bathroom for one hour, from 9-10 PM. Because there are more male guests, men had a longer shower time (5-9 PM)."

AAnonymous UserHotel location is good and convenient. However, I felt that the hotel fell short of expectation. During check in, staff did not mentioned where is the bfast located at, found some hair in the toilet after checking in. Requested for extra pillows on day 1 and they say no more and ask me to call back next day after 3pm. Saw house keeping the next day at the hallway and requested for extra pillows but it didn’t came. Called back the recep at 4pm and they told me no more as well. Also, I wasn’t aware that if your room key is in the room, they will not make up your room. My room was not cleaned. Do note people with long hair will cause the bath tub choke.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel offers incredible value for money, a truly pleasant surprise! The hotel itself is quite new and not too far from the subway station. Being located at Honmachi Station, you can even walk to Shinsaibashi, and Umeda is also very close, making it convenient to get anywhere without being too noisy. Although the room isn't huge, it's well-equipped, clean, and the bed is comfortable. My room was on the 29th floor; when I opened the curtains, there was plenty of natural light, and absolutely no street noise. Downstairs, there's a laundry room with washer-dryer combos, and complimentary toothbrushes are available for self-service. Plus, right next to the front desk downstairs is a Lawson convenience store, so if you need to grab anything small, it's super convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Perhaps the only minor drawback is that the water temperature in the bathroom wasn't quite hot enough.

NN여름Perhaps because it's a new building, all the facilities were spotless!
The bath area had three sections: one for women, one for men, and a co-ed one, which was a thoughtful touch.
In the room, there was only one small table, so luggage had to be placed directly on the floor or on the sofa.
The bed was about 190cm long. The stairs leading up to the bed were a bit narrow.
There were outlets, USB, and Type-C ports available near the head of the bed.
I would love to stay here again if I have the chance!

AAnonymous UserThe room itself was ok. Clean and comfortable. Just that the sharing toilet is quite smelly. The owner (I assume) was friendly and saw us came in early in the rain and let us check in earlier by 1hr. But beware, front desk are usually closed until 15:00hrs. Public bath and shower room are located at 1st floor. microwave are available. The only down side about the room is the window are not able to open. The location was about 10min to JR Shin Imamiya Station and another kintetsu station. The area itself is considered the most ”dangerous” area in Osaka. However I still feel that it is much safer comparing to many other countries. There are just some homeless folk around and I think they are perfectly fine. This hotel is a much better option that hostel for me as I can get my own room and the tatami room are quite spacious and comes with TV and a half sized refrigerator with freezer.

GGuest UserThis hotel is conveniently located near Nagai Park and the station, with a 7-Eleven right next door. The large public bath and small sauna were great for unwinding after work! Interestingly, there were no mirrors at the washing stations inside the public bath. I was happy to find a ReFa hairdryer. The room was clean after the renovation, but the walls must be thin, as I could constantly hear what sounded like a phone from the next room, which was a bit bothersome.

Mmua1110The reception staff only come from 6pm, so I called several times before then to confirm the reservation, but I couldn't get through, so I was a little worried, but I was able to make a reservation. The reception staff seemed to be able to speak English, and they spoke fluently with foreign customers. The service was also very friendly, which I liked. Since eating and drinking are prohibited in the rooms, there is a dining area next to the reception on the second floor, so we ate there. There was also a microwave and a refrigerator! There were many rental items, and there was a Don Quijote less than a 5-minute walk away, so I was grateful that I could stay without having to carry much luggage! There were many foreigners, and my Filipino husband seemed very happy! I was glad that the futon was double-layered and cushioned, so I didn't get a sore back! There was a curling iron, straightening iron, and hair dryer in the women's shower room, which I thought would be nice for female customers ♡ There was no iron for the men's room, so my husband said it would be better if they had one. It was my first time in Osaka, and I'm glad I stayed here! I'd like to stay here again when I come to Osaka! *There is no parking lot, but there are two paid parking lots nearby.

AAnonymous UserIt feels like a typical boarding house. I took a taxi from Osaka Station to the inn. It took just a few minutes, but if you're used to going to Osaka, walking should be no problem. I arrived late at night and left around 5:30 the next morning, so I only took a nap. I didn't check out the amenities, but they did sell beer and snacks (I only glanced at the sign and menu outside of business hours).

GGuest UserA good place to stay if you need a cheap place in Osaka. Quite central location at the entry of Nishinari ward, 10 minutes walk from a touristic area with good transportation and plenty of restaurants and bar. Tge curtains are not blinding so do not stay here if you need complete darkness. Also the bathrooms are very rudimentary, but the hotel offers a discounted access to the nearby onsen, where you can relax and wash properly.
