Good hotel… friendly staff! Keep it up

It was a total nightmare if you want a hotel with no hot water and cannot control the AC because it is central sometimes you’re freezing and sometimes you’re sweating also they will not give you any leeway for anything. Very harsh and from the inside it’s rundown I would not recommend

The location is great, there are many Japanese restaurants nearby, and there is a Japanese supermarket so you can easily shop and buy souvenirs.

Good location but old facilities

strategic location, delicious food, clean & spacious rooms, good air condition! close to many cafes/coffee shops, close to the MRT.

The rooms are quite luxurious for the area, and come equipped with all the amenities and facilities you need for a stay. The breakfast is also luxurious and designed to suit everyone. It's near Papaya, so Japanese people won't have any problems!

I stayed there on a rainy day, and for some reason the inside of the building smelled really damp. The breakfast and the inside of the building were clean. The service was not good. There are many places to play and restaurants in the surrounding area.

I was booked in to this place by some colleagues as it was near to the office I was visiting. I don't know Jakarta at all, but the location seemed great in terms of the immediate environs as there are malls, loads of restaurants and street markets nearby, as well as convenience stores. So very convenient location. Other good aspects: the bed was large and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and kind. That's about all the good side. The main bad point is that the hotel is both extremely dated, having tacky dated decor and fittings, but far worse, it's totally dilapidated. Everything is old, nasty and deteriorated. In my room, basically everything was damaged, dirty and old - dirty, crumbling walls; worn & holed carpets, and so on. In the bathroom the grouting was mouldy, things falling apart and just generally skanky. It's just waaaay too neglected and old and should have refurbed about 10 yrs ago. The shower was just a trickle - just not enough water to have a proper shower. Internet was ok but not great, and the breakfast was sub-par. Were I staying for more than 2 nights I definitely would have checked out and moved to one of the many other hotels nearby. Note: I didn't pay for my stay and have no idea what the cost is - I can only presume that it's very cheap. My advice - avoid!

Recommended. Nice place to stay, beautiful hotel, everything is clean. The people in reception are so kind. Hilman and Dika, they are so helpful. Breakfast is delicious. At night they have live music. Everything is close if you want to go to mall or eat.
