We really liked the hotel's location: a three-minute walk from the train station and a leisurely five-minute walk to the seaport. Despite its location in the busiest part of Sochi (Navaginskaya Street), the room was always quiet and peaceful, as the windows overlooked the courtyard. The hotel was clean and cozy; the room had everything we needed, even a kitchen! Our 17-year-old daughter slept in a sofa bed that folded out easily. Towels were changed and housekeeping was provided daily. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay! We are very happy and will come again!"

"Я выбирала гостиницу с ванной, хотелось погреться. Марта оказалась единственной, отвечающая моему запросу. Ванная маленькая, но и я не большая, поэтому это мэтч;) Территория облагорожена, до моря минут 6, до супермаркета Перекресток минут 10. Рядом столовые и торговые ряды. Из номера есть выход на общий балкон, там приятно посидеть с чашкой чая. На этаже есть чайник и микроволновка. В номере тепло (визит в феврале). Единственный минус - шумновато, хоть и не сезон, но людей много, они выпивают и громко общаются, звукоизоляция не очень хорошая, напротив балконы другой гостиницы, но для короткого проживания подходит. Благодарю!"
