When checking in, we asked for Wi-Fi access, but received a rude response, saying we'd get it when we checked in. I recommend the hotel managers have a preventative conversation with the staff about how even a refusal can be handled in a way that will leave guests with a good experience. For now, I'll give the service a 2. We didn't even check in after such an unfriendly reception, even though we had a non-refundable reservation. Therefore, the hotel doesn't live up to its stated star rating."

"I asked my husband how many stars to give, he answered: 6! This praise from him is worth a lot 🤣, we had a great time. We stayed from 25.11.24 for a day with breakfast, we liked the service, we visited the fitness center: on the day of arrival I was stretching, the next morning with my husband at yoga with Sergey, we got a boost of energy and positivity. We used the spa services, it was cool and gloomy outside, but the outdoor pool was comfortable and warm. In the indoor pool we liked the ice fountain, ice font, shower of impressions, herbal and juniper baths. Room 902 is magnificent, the panoramic view is stunning, a welcome set from the hotel in the room for the birthday boy. I did not like the brut champagne at breakfast, they opened it in front of us, but this is an acquired taste, my husband asked for more, and I drank juice. Cons: the grille on the floor heater protrudes along the panoramic windows, I hit my foot on it several times, poorly thought-out lighting: there is no master switch by the bed and the overhead light is very bright if you lie down, the lamps are located directly above the headboard, a folding couch at the foot of the bed for watching TV while sitting would not hurt"
