He was rude to a woman in front of us, who asked where the elevator was, we also had to pay for early check-in for 3 hours 50% of the cost of the day; in other hotels, no less expensive, they did not charge us money. 5) All of the above pales in comparison with the descent to the sea and the beach itself; if you are going specifically to the sea, and you are not an athlete, then this is not the place for you. Firstly, the descent and ascent will be no worse than the stairs in Ford Boyard, with the Sochi climate, it will be very unpleasant to go up, that’s for sure, the hotel has a beach, they will give you free water there, which cannot be said about the minibar in the room, where everything is not priced you can put it down, but the beach is very funny, like a pen for sheep, 2x2, while you go into the sea, there is a chance of breaking your legs 6) The pool and the hotel area, and the descent to the sea itself, is not finished, there is a chance of getting tangled in the wires or catching a nail in the sole . Total: A hotel in the center for 35k+ days, only with breakfast, with paid parking, a terrible beach and a descent to it, does not meet its price. I don’t recommend it, book something else, I’ve been to a lot of hotels, both expensive and average, but this is the biggest disappointment........"

Service: The room had a refrigerator where you could store snacks and drinks."
