Amazing
DDizzyaOverall the perfect hotel located a little bit elevated in mountains, but there is free cable car pass for the guests. The room is huge. High end equipped as well as furnished. The breakfast nice. Would love to stay once more if need to go to this place. But please remember this is not a Sochi :)

ССергей КашинThe only hotel that creates the atmosphere of this place. No, there is no high-level charm. Take away this hotel, this is an ordinary mountain peak not suitable for tourism. Thank you for creating a comfortable atmosphere as there is nothing to do on the mountain. Compared to China, this is not a tourist area, but mining stones with a cart on the mountain ... I checked and I have never been to Sochi again.

С первых минут пребывания чувствуешь себя особенным гостем, все пожелания стараются исполнить. Очень приятно удивил такой компетентный персонал в отеле уровня 4 звёзды, будь то сотрудники ресторана, спа зоны или клиновой службы. В номере с красивым видом на горы, идеально белым постельным бельём, удобными матрасом, подушками и пуховым одеялом вы сможете шикарно выспаться. Звукоизоляция хорошая. Соседей не было слышно на протяжении всего отдыха. В отеле есть возможность аренды зонта. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные. Вечером, после закрытия канатной дороги работает трансфер до отеля. Конечно в отеле есть погрешности требующие ремонта, но всё это меркнет на фоне всех плюсов, что я увидела. Для меня этот отдых был восторгом. Благодарю администрацию отеля и особенно его персонал. В следующую поездку без сомнения остановлюсь здесь вновь.

The hotel has excellent breakfasts! And fresh fruit/ vegetables for a couple.
In the area of the respiratory is very pleasant and attentive girls!!!
And excellent location! I would love to return again!

VVladimirОчень простой интерьер, в холле нет диванов для отдыха, а то что стоит надо выбросить, все изношено, вид старья, завтраки плохие, дешёвый сыр, нет выбора мясных блюд, одна сосиска. Не вкусно. Очень странно для 5 звёзд, видно на всем экономят. Зашли специально в отель 4 и 3 звезды, выглядят внутри лучше, чем в 5 звёздочкой. Не соответствует заявленному никак

For us minus is the absence of the balcony, but we knew they were not here.. windows are clean, opened and fixed for ventilation !!

OOLEGOf the pluses is a good restaurant and a free sauna with a swimming pool. The room is small but decent, not ripped, a sauna. But the downsides were more.

There is no hotel access from the word at all. You will be loaded directly from the track under the enabled emergency. No parking too. Search where to put the car on your fear and risk.
The whole quarter under the signs ”parking is forbidden.” The evacuators work well. 200 m from the hotel there are two private packs 1000 and 1500 r per day.

To the honour of the hotel staff, despite the unreturned tariff, they agreed not to take the payment for unexpected days. However, they said that the issue needs to be resolved with Trip.com. And here the whole rotten essence of this resource came out. Support for two days could not solve the issue. And eventually stated that they were not against, but, NOTE, the mediator through which they work refused to return. Money is small. Let them suppress. If there is any sense in travel abroad, use the Russian Federation booking on Trip.com I do not advise you. Support is slow and unradiated. Work through layers that have a decisive word in disputed issues. There was hope that here she was replacing ************. However, alas, it is not Bucking.
