Very good hotel, cleanliness perfect, fresh repair of good materials, staff polite, breakfast delicious and varied. Cleaning quality, towels and bed linen are snowy and soft. The shortcomings are that breakfast starts too late at 8:00, and the shuttle to lifts at 9:00, that is, the amateurs come to the opening of lifts to ride on the Velvet, it is uncomfortable. Wish: make breakfast at least from 7:30

Overall the perfect hotel located a little bit elevated in mountains, but there is free cable car pass for the guests. The room is huge. High end equipped as well as furnished. The breakfast nice. Would love to stay once more if need to go to this place. But please remember this is not a Sochi :)

The only hotel that creates the atmosphere of this place. No, there is no high-level charm. Take away this hotel, this is an ordinary mountain peak not suitable for tourism. Hotel super, is just next to the rope road, plus there is a transfer every 30 minutes. Parking is free. Rooms are clean, big, clean every day and change towels and towels. Breakfasts 10 out of 10. The hotel has a spa area with baths and swimming pools, massage chairs, children's rooms and entertainment. We all really enjoyed it, we'll come back again!!!

We have rested from 08.06.2026 year ! How happy I have chosen this hotel! Here everything is great, thanks to the staff 👍 very polite! In the room there is all necessary for accommodation, the cleanest bed is white! The view from the window is fascinating! There is a swimming pool with heating that was very pleasant as the weather was cool and the sea hasn't warmed up yet! The child was delighted with the swimming pool! There is a park nearby for walks, lots of different cafes and shops! There are also breakfasts in the hotel!!! Overall all super!

Лучший отель в Сочи, сервис, номера, завтраки - все идеально. Единственное, слева от отеля - стройка, поэтому при бронировании учитывайте это! Стандартные номера с частичным видом на стройку, и в номере слышно даже при закрытых окнах

Отель впечатлил высоким уровнем сервиса: вежливый персонал, чистые номера и вкусные завтраки. Территория ухоженная, с бассейном и детской площадкой. Пляж с шезлонгами, но галечный и рядом с ЖД путями, что не всем удобно. Из минусов — удалённость от центра и высокие цены в ресторане.

расположение отличное, море в 5 минутах, центральная улица Ленина в 10 минутах, все рядом, до Ж/Д вокзала ездили на самокатах 10 мин. с вокзала можно уехать в любую сторону. бассейн большой, хороший. цена за проживание от простенького до випа, кому какой по карману. своя столовая отдельный +++.
