Mattress and pillow were slightly uncomfortable.
Due to the hotel being a wedding venue, I was kept up at night due to the wedding music from below."

"The hotel is very very very remote. It is estimated that there is no more remoteness in the place of slough. There are no street lights outside at night, and it is close to the main road. It is dangerous to walk out. The clerk service is very welcoming, and there will be a lot of help. Room facilities are general and the lighting is dark. The breakfast was very good, there were not many cold meals for the buffet, but there was a free hot meal and it tasted good."

"This was a budget overnight stay, however, it was good value for the money.
Warm welcome at the reception and was helped to my room.
Single room ensuite shower and toilet, with good WiFi, TV, Telephone and coffee/tea facilities. Very clean and warm. Excellent shower.
Breakfast was with a good selection and choice, including 'full english', along with cereals and toast with jam. Smashing coffee machine added the extra star."

"The location is very convenient. You can take bus No. 81 to many places for shopping and sightseeing. Bus No. 7 charges ￡5⃣️ There are only two stops to Xiqi Road Airport T5, and the frequency is about 20 minutes. 1 bus is from 07:00 to 23:00 in the morning. There are many places you can transfer to the subway at the airport. It would be ideal if you can have a separate toilet🤔 It is very convenient to buy food at the petrol station by walking about 3⃣️minutes👍"

GGuest UserStayed for a night at this hotel for a short getaway to Windsor Castle with 2 friends. The location wasn't in the centre but not difficult to get to, we actually walked maybe 30 minutes to get to the hotel and another 30 minutes to the Castle, which was a really pretty area. The room itself was REALLY nice, big comfortable beds, nice TV (although we forgot the firestick and don't think it was smart TV), tea/coffee and kettle provided, bathroom was clean although kinda hard to work the hot water. Overall, we really liked the hotel minus the fact that our next door neighbour's kids were making a lot of noise and it was really hard to sleep, maybe because our rooms had a connecting door (that was locked) but we could hear the parents talking around midnight and the kids woke up screaming at 5am!! so was unable to get a good nights rest. I think if we had a different room without the connecting doors, it would have been fine. The staff was lovely though when we told her the next day, she said they would have changed the room for us but there was no use changing rooms at 5am when we were checking out at 10am. Also, I forgot my toothbrush and they gave me a cute little dental kit with toothbrush and toothpaste! I recommend staying here but do ask about if your room has connecting doors as you may want to avoid that.

CCHIAOYUNIt is very convenient to go to Windsor Castle or the airport the next day. You need to write your nationality and name for check-in. This is a strange request I haven't heard of in the UK for many years. Buy 9.9 pounds of breakfast to show your ID to pay cash. But you can pay cash directly in the restaurant the next day. It didn’t feel good, but the room was comfortable.

Excellent full English breakfast is great value if you pre purchase at the front desk upon check in (£12). Note similar hotels within the LHR area are charging £20+.

OOllieSmithStayed for 3 nights while in the area seeing friends. After reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant but the price was so good that I took a chance.
The room was fine, comfy bed, good shower, kettle, free wifi. All you could need. They are trying to be modern and giving a code instead of a key for the locks which is just a pain and unnecessary.
Only negative is that housekeeping are so noisy in a morning so any chance of a sleep in is short lived!
Would stay here again.

SSajadahFiona the receptionist made our stay feel like we were at home, we stayed during the Fire at Heathrow Airport, Fiona the receptionist went over and beyond to ensure that had no added stress, she organised extra day efficiently & parking, Fiona’s professionalism & kindness were amazing. The Hotel was super clean, fresh decor/bedding/pillows/towels and the extras on request were super fast. All the staff were of the highest standards of professionalism. The stay also includes free delicious fresh English breakfast, also fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt and breakfast to go bag if you’re flights leave before breakfast. All rooms have complimentary tea/coffee and hairdryers. This is 5/6 stay here. There are bus stops outside the hotel take you either to Slough/Hounslow West tube station/bus station, M4 is two mins by car, and M25 15-20 mins drive. Central London by car 40 min drive. This should be a 5* star hotel based on service amenities alone.

GGuest UserHave stayed here before, convenient for LHR which is only 15 minutes away, room although very comfortable was a little dated in the bathroom, whoever put the sealant around the bath/shower did not do a great job as it was a bit tacky, this is not a criticism more an observation.
One annoying factor which seems to be creeping in amongst hotels is the additional charge for parking, the room rate was very reasonable hence why I selected it, however I admit I missed the info on parking charges which added another £10 overall to the cost. it's a bit like airports charging you to drop off their customers.

GGuest UserWe had excellent service from Supriya and the other staff who were so friendly and helpful. Supriya even put an extra bed into the room as we had a last minute child to accommodate so that was really kind of her. I would just say that the pillows were incredibly hard so it would be good to have some softer ones please! And it was a very noisy location with air conditioning units next door going all night. But Supriya and your lovely staff made up for that - they were sooooo lovely.

GGuest UserGood environment. No nice quiet working space. Small gym. I tried 3 different rooms. No cupboards or almirahs. Clothes are supposed to be hanged on wall. Irons are supposed to be done in separate designated room (impractical for lazy people 😅).
Breakfast is nice but not so many options. Staff were nice.
Washrooms were not very pleasant to use. Seats were quite uncomfortable and sink tap was too close to be used easily.
