四平這個英雄城市環境好，酒店位於市中心位置，酒店大堂富麗堂皇，酒店住宿房間大、配套齊全、床品乾淨整潔，中西早餐豐盛，水果酸奶應有盡有，京哈高速出入口4、5公里，非常方便。

我入住當晚發現空調不管用 前台給我説空調是水冷的就這樣 倒是不錯給我拿來一個風扇用 第二天我退房 我要開發票 讓我加微信 我把公司抬頭給它以後問我那個房間 我説退房的卡上不是有嗎。我當時已經坐上車去火車站了 後來沒音了！今天我發現還沒給我開發票 我就撥打客服電話詢問一下 接通之後問我那天的事 又是問我名字 説總枱好幾個人接班沒人交代啥的 然後説我查一下 就氣呼呼的把電話掛掉了 連聲再見都沒有 我真是見鬼了 我覺得現在的服務就是這樣的嗎？都這麼**了嗎？我們花錢銷售的是服務 不是讓你們呲噠的啊！* 下回指定不住這了！也奉勸大家一句 真不咋的！

一次有陰影的酒店.在攜程訂的房因為火車5點到提前給前台打電話確認可以5點多入住我才訂的！可到店後告訴我房滿了沒房也就是把我定的房賣了！前台讓我等別人退了我再住！我很生氣她又説臨時給我先找一個住等有房再換！我一想外面還下着雨就和閨女先湊合吧！可到了房間居然是一個婚房一進去就感覺陰森的感覺！堅持呆到8點給我換房了！又過了幾個小時我閨女説媽今天是鬼節還有結婚的嗎？我越想越膈應！晚上我好信上去看門開着一個老太太坐在門口的沙發上！這鬼節結婚我真長見識了

房型可以，比較寬敞，地毯不是很乾凈，酒店主要辦婚慶，人雜比較鬧，早餐也很不好，排場挺大食物基本沒什麼可吃的，咖啡都是速溶勾兑，沒有現磨咖啡，總體感覺和宣傳的有差異，不會再去！

挺好的，很安靜，這家酒店真心不錯！位置便利，出門就是地鐵口，周邊餐飲商超齊全。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果好，睡得很踏實。前台服務熱情，辦理入住退房都很快。早餐種類豐富，味道也贊。性價比很高，下次來還會選這裏，推薦給大家！
