When it comes to hotels for me, service is what matters. I've selected the room myself so I know the area and how the room looks etc, but I can't choose the people that I have to deal with. Unfortunately, the staff here were not interested in me as a guest - every standard question I asked was replied with either a "no" or a vague answer. I wouldn't normally write a negative review, but this is my only negative experience in Taiwan so I feel that I need to write it.

The lady at the hotel service counter was very kind and provided good service. The facilities are very complete and the environment is very bright. She even helped us upgrade to a deluxe double room. We ordered on the website. The hotel is very secure and feels very good.

I arrived very late, so I would like to thank the front desk for the warm reception and local dining suggestions. The hotel provides free parking spaces, which is very convenient. The hotel is located near the Wu Sheng Night Market, where there are many game stalls and snack stalls.

There was a smell when I checked in. Even after the counter assisted with ozone deodorization, the smell was still there. It would have been better to open the window myself. The smell was still there after closing the window. The sound insulation is extremely poor. On the 20th trip to the hotel, the sound of footsteps upstairs woke me up directly from 6 to 7 o'clock in the morning... The deluxe twin room is not luxurious at all. The mirror is so bad that it has not been replaced. The parking space in the basement is very small. . . 3400 is worse than staying in Youai Street. Although the sound insulation is not good, at least it doesn't stink and is new. . .

There is a convenience store not far away, the room is much bigger than I thought, and there is a bathtub. There is also a desk, and if you remove the stand on the desk, it is convenient to work. The room condition is good.

The hotel is very clean. I took my children on a trip this time. The hotel I booked temporarily was great. I will stay there again next time I have the opportunity. I originally wanted to book a room near Qigu, but there were no rooms nearby. I unexpectedly found a pretty good hotel.

The breakfast is good, the bathroom is small, the room is not good, the sofa is damaged, the parking lot is dark and narrow, and the location is okay

The bathroom equipment needs to be maintained or updated, and the water draining speed from the floor is slow. The sound insulation effect is very good, the air conditioning is very good, but it is a pity that it lacks media videos such as Netflix and youtube. There are also many delicious food near the hotel.

The bed is very comfortable and the room size is okay

There are many parking spaces in the parking lot, and the spaces are quite narrow. It is more suitable for small and medium-sized RVs about 1.7 meters wide, or hatchbacks below medium size, or small CUVs. It’s very convenient to go out and watch football matches

The hotel has a good location and good parking. There is an underground parking lot. The price is cheap. The room is clean and tidy, very comfortable and convenient. It is suitable for business hotel accommodation. The hotel counter service staff has a very good attitude.

Although the location is a little bit out of the way, there are a lot of food stores where you can find delicious food and drinks all the way to the city. They are all pretty good, and there are also quite a lot of types of afternoon tea available there. It’s a very comfortable thing to chat at a friend’s house, and it’s a good choice for me to just be in a daze by myself.
