Spa Hotels in Shenzhen

Excellent service from every single staff interaction we had, especially at horizon club - exactly what you'd expect from a Shangri-la property. Room was clean and comfy with their generous pillow selection. Lobby is currently decked out in festive cheer and looks fantastic. My slight disappointment was with the food - Horizon club food felt a bit lacking in selection and quality (sandwiches and pastries tasted a bit stale), especially compared to the Hong Kong Shangs. Breakfast quality and spread was definitely a bit lacklustre.

My last day stay in Ritz of my 4th visit to this hotel. Oh just realised that the Reception Team Duty Manager is Jimmy Chen (My last review posted yesterday wrongly quoted as Albin Lee). Jimmy had always been extraordinarily helpful and polite. He is smart and quick in response, offered the best solutions when I had not even raised the questions. Excellent reception counter service, worth commendations. It is so thoughtful of the team and hotel to give us a small Christmas pouch for celebrating Christmas time, very sweet💝. I will sure make my 5th visit in 2025!

I had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Shenzhen. The staff were friendly and attentive, offering excellent service. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and easy to get around. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Great amenities and value for money—I highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent service, like the good weather here. The hotel rooms are really large, and the facilities are comprehensive. The the front desk attendant Kingsley Li gave us a free upgrade! Will come back here to stay next time

Service was good ,places nearby to many shops & shopping malls . Breakfast was good,foods were fresh & varieties however for the buffet dinner is not that good ( Foods mostly were not fresh ) but expensive,I can say it does not match with the Price.And the room is clean however furniture & the room looks old .I expect Wow from this property due to Other ShangriLa property they are doing quite well .

At first I thought it may be the normal overnight stay in Shenzhen. To my surprise, I have to say that’s one of the best JW Marriott hotel I’ve ever stayed. Thanks for my friend’s recommendation. This was a fantastic stay! We stayed at the Hotel for one night, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a family room. It was such a thoughtful and considerate gesture. The two kids had a great time, enjoying the facilities, and the room was comfortable and clean, making our whole family feel relaxed and happy. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, giving us a warm and welcoming feeling. Overall, this stay left us with wonderful memories, and we will definitely come back next time! Our family of 4 spent a night at Langham and found it to be a wonderful experience. This was our second time at this hotel and the service, staff and overall experience was great. Cynthia and her team at the executive lounge ensured we well taken cared of.

It was a great stay. Location is perfect, directly connected to MixC shopping malls with plenty of restaurant options. Staff were all friendly and kind, and accommodating. Breakfast option was so wide and full of delicious food. It was indeed the best stay I had in Shenzhen and we will definitely go back.

Ok I got a lot to say about the Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen - a hotel with luxurious amenities but lacking basic breakfast provisions… Dyson hair drier, toto washlet, glass bottled water are all under expected. MO shenzhen used very highend sanitary fitting brands, reliable and taken very good care of. I am very picky on sanitary fittings and cleanliness and I have not noticed any issues. Kudos to the housekeeping team. One must understand what sets MO apart from other hotels is the impeccable attention to details. Its interior design is far superior to other Shenzhen hotels. If you are architecture fan and are tired of the substandard detailing in other Shenzhen hotels please do try MO shenzhen. Now… the problem for me was with the breakfast. It occurred to me that MO focused way too much on cantonese food and was probably swayed by foreigner’s perception of what “oriental culture” consists of. Granted that the food was of high quality - good sauce good ingredients. But it is rly rly rly basic to provide rice. In every top hotels I visited around Asia, I never had to miss fried rice. It was very dissimilar experience in MO compared to Ritz carlton I stayed few weeks before - who probably had 3 times more variety of offerings. I wouldnt hesitate to pay extra if there was a better breakfast offering - as many would understand that this is just attitude issue. The greatest hotel service in Asia. MO group is known for this and I cannot agree more. I knew of this ever since many years ago when I was in Guangzhou MO next to Taikoo. Overall, as said earlier, MO shenzhen gave me mixed feelings. I am astounded by the cleanliness, detailing but I cannot hop on the MO Fan boat yet because of the breakfast. Aiya!
